I'm just saying... 2010 has been a good (or bad depending on how you people look at it) year for me. A lot of unexpected things happen, and maybe some sweet and bitter moments but none the less... oh what a year it has been! Not gonna post a lot here (as I mentioned in an earlier post) but I'm just posting here to have at least one post per month so the blog doesn't look that empty. =P

Anyway, I'll write a bit more in detail on Tumblr later in the day if I have the time. If not then it would probably be after New Year...

Well, for the time being at least. Just have to say this cause I think I'm not gonna blog much anymore from now onwards. Why? I just lost interest, like seriously... I lost interest in blogging altogether!!! I do have a lot of things on my mind that I wanna post here (such as my mom, my life, etc.) but just can't be bothered at the moment. Maybe I will come back to my senses and start blogging again someday, but for now I'm too stuck up with life to blog like last time.

Maybe I will try to post here once or twice a month, but any more would really be impossible. Also, I think I might move to Tumblr and blog there a bit more. I don't know... haven't thought through much about this actually. Anyhow, this is pretty much it for the month of November I guess. Maybe I'll post again here in December/January or something, but its not gonna be much. I did watch a few movies already, but I think I have to stop the reviews as of now.

My Car, 1 Year Later...

So yeah, exactly one year later and how does my car look now? What happened to all the plan mods and stuff? Okay, to be honest I'm quite disappointed I still don't have enough money to fully modify my car like I wanted to but I can't do much being a student and stuff. Oh well, that is next year I guess... Anyhow, enjoy looking at my Hyundai i10 and all its (un)glory:

But of course, with a few battle scars or two (or three, or four...)

So what mods did I do to my car then? If you noticed the picture above, what is that poking underneath the bumper...

Yeap, got my exhaust replaced a few months ago on my birthday. Not sure how much horsepower my car makes with the new exhaust, but whatever it is my car now sounds really loud... (and annoying lol)

Also, I removed my stock air filter and now using a DIY cold air intake system. (if you noticed the picture of the front bumper where the huge scrape was, that is where the cold air intake feeds from) Again, it was to increase horsepower but all I'm certain was it sure made even more noise hahahaha...

Okay, this might not actually be a real modification but if it means the car go faster... why not!? Beside, now I have more boot space as well... =P

Over 10,000KM driven over 1 year, hope to drive even more kilometers until next year. =)

So nothing much changed apart from that, so much for my cars stance and fitment and stuff. What will the car be by next year then? I'm not really sure, but if anything it will probably not be the same as it is this year... =D

A Sunday to reflect upon...

Wow... can't believe almost 3/4 of the year has already passed by without me noticing. I guess many many things has happened over these past few months I really never had time to reflect upon them. Even during these 3 week semester break I still felt like I was busy with something. But today, on this very Sunday I kinda feel a bit free. A bit too free if I do say so myself...

Not sure if its because its the last day of my 3 week semester break, or that nearly everyone in my neighborhood (or the whole city for that matter!) has "balik kampung" or another way of saying it, going back to their hometown to visit their respective relatives to celebrate Eid ul-Fitr. Also the weather (since yesterday) couldn't be any better, with clear blue skies and sunny daylight shinning just makes the day feel more relaxing. Anyway, maybe I should take my time and enjoy the day by sleeping or lying on the bed thinking about things (which I did a lot today actually!) or spend the day more productively and do something else? Haha... not sure how to enjoy what is left of today though, and I can't believe its all gonna be over soon. With class starting tomorrow, I don't get to go on a holiday with my parents to Singapore or get to enjoy the rest of hari raya. Oh well... this year's raya has been a bit boring to be honest, not sure why though but its just is!

So yeah... just another random thoughts post from me here. Albeit its not as meaningful or as random as people might think, I'm just here trying to speak my mind and saying what I feel like saying. As for this blog though, I'm not sure what I will be doing with it if I'm really honest. Haven't been blogging regularly this year and I'm really starting to lose my mood on blogging nowadays (well not really, but I'm not blogging as much as I used to!) so I guess the blog will still be considered "active" for now. I might start posting more on Tumblr now since I like using that now, haha...

Also just to end this post, I really just wanna say for those who still are reading my blog I just wanna say thank you for taking your time and reading all the bs that I posted up lol. I know there has been many things that has happened to me over the past few months (both good and bad) and that I wished to share it with you all, but as it is I will just keep that all to myself for now. Maybe I will post it all up one day... maybe... just on that one day. Also I do apologize if I promised to write several other posts but kept forgetting, I'm not even sure if I should make it up by writing about it anyhow or just leave it... =P

Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri/Happy Eid ul-Fitr 2010

Well first of all, I would like to say (in Malay) selamat hari raya aidilfitri kepada rakan-rakan semua, maaf zahir dan batin. Kalau saya tersalah buat apa-apa toloing minta maaf lah, bukan saya sengaja pon nak membuat salah. Kalau tidak hendak bermaaf dengan saya pon sekurang-kurangya tolong lupakan apa yang terjadi dulu. As for my non-Malay speaking friends, happy Eid ul-Fitr! If I ever did anything wrong to make you guys upset or anything, please forgive me. Even if you don't want to forgive me, at least don't start a grudge with me and just forget about our pasts.

Anyway, I don't think I want to speak much about the whole month of Ramadan though, since its probably been the most boring one in quite a few years haha. Mostly I've been just staying at home, or just driving my mom around town running errands and that is pretty much about it. Also I can't believe my college break is gonna end soon, as of next Monday I'm gonna be starting class again zzzzz... but yeah, there is just too many things happening between me, my best friend and "that girl" before and in between Ramadan, as well as some trouble with my emotional breakdowns and mental problems. Oh I don't know, but I guess I might save that for another blog post.

Also, sorry if I didn't blog much either about my previous posts lol. Will try to find some time and blog about it this weekend. So yeah, happy holidays and take care during this festive seasons. Maybe all of us can just forget about whatever happened before, start over again and enjoy the rest of the year like when we were all still happy. =)

Oh my goodness. Just spent 2 days straight watching Toaru Majutsu no Index and Toaru Kagaku no Railgun back to back!!! I think this has been one of the craziest anime marathon I've done yet so far, and I got to say that its been really enjoyable as well as just downright crazy. Lacking sleep, lacking appetite, lacking in social interacting, isn't just the best way to enjoy being an otaku? Why bother with real life when I enjoy anime just as much...

But of course I'm not really saying that anime could substitute real life or anything, of course unless your a true otaku and a full time NEET/hikikomori then I guess real life isn't necessarily an option! So yeah, I think I need to stop blabbering about what anime is or why its so good and stuff and talk about the anime itself yeah? Well... I might save that for another post though, haha. I'm just too tired to write about it now and I think I can write a lot more and a lot better after a good night sleep. =)

Happy 19th Birthday Miku

Even though you are not real, and the fact that you have thousands and thousands of other guys liking you at the same time I still think you are the best person I could ever be with... I love you Hatsune Miku, and happy birthday. I know both of us might not see eye to eye (or the fact that, we are completely in 2 different worlds!) but I can't help but believe your growing older as much as I am!

Both of us are 19 years old now, and both of us do like cars and music (hehe) and the fact that both of us has changed quite a lot and had a lot of things happened since last year. Haha, one day I do with I can end up being with you in your world or better yet find a way to make you come and exist in my world! Maybe, maybe... maybe that one day will come soon enough Miku. =3

Oh alright, I'll cut that delusion crap thing and just say that... is it wrong to love an anime character like I do? Is it really that weird? Oh whatever, just ignore it then... and yeah yeah, happy merdeka to you Malaysians as well. I can't give a rats a** about merdeka honestly, I'm really not that much patriotic anyhow... Oh yeah, and also happy birthday sis. =)

ChäoS;HEAd

Feels like such a long time since I've last watch an anime. Although I did watch Eden Of The East Movie I: The King of Eden a few days ago, this was considered the first time I've watched an anime series/season this year! Haha, okay so I might be a little behind time with ChäoS;HEAd, but who cares? Its not like I have time to watch every single anime every day...

So yeah, about Chaos;Head then. I've been wanting to watch this anime for years already ever since I knew about it but never had the time to watch it until now lol. I also wanted to play the game ever since I've gotten my XBOX 360 but even until now I never touched that game, not even once! Hahaha... might need to change all that soon. =P How was the anime then? Good? I guess. Great? Not really...

The storyline is somewhat similar in a way to Inception as both are somewhat related to "mind controlling" and stuff involving our thoughts and usage of our brains. Haha, I can never get old of these things now... okay, so beside that everything else is totally different I guess. In Inception its the guys getting paid to do the job if extracting information in the persons dream, whereas in Chaos;Head its about this guy who has these delusions and things happening to him that he has to figure out why it happened to him, and why he existed and stuff. Its pretty amazing to know how good they made the plot, I can't guess what was gonna happen throughout all the episodes until the very end!

The only disappointment I have with Chaos;Head though is that it felt very short, and the ending does kinda feel a bit incomplete in a sense that... what happens after that? (if you people watched it until the end, you will know what I mean) As I never played the game or read the manga yet I don't really know what happened after that point, but I hope the plan on making an OVA or another season soon. Seems like there is a lot of untold stories that was being left in the show...

Now I'm not gonna really talk a lot about everything else about Chaos;Head, such as the plot, the characters, the production or all that crap. If you are really interested you could always just google it yeah? Haha, I'm too lazy nowadays to do an in-depth posts like I used to last time out but I guess with so many things happening in my life right now its just a matter of time before people start moving on right? Yeah, same goes for this blog. Don't think I have time to be a blogger like I used to be either... =(

2010 Belgian Grand Prix

Okay, first of all I do want to say that I apologize I rarely update my blog often nowadays even when my practical has long been finished and that even that I am now on my semester break I still didn't update my blog with anything much. I guess you can say that the blog looks "dead" or whatever, but yeah... I'll explain that in another blog post soon?

As for this blog post, lets talk about today's F1 race which was held at the awe inspiring track that is Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps...

The race today was just splendid to say the least. With the unpredictable qualifying the previous day, and the changeable weather conditions that happened during the race it made the race really interesting. Added with the demanding nature of the circuit and the weather and you have a recipe for a great race! Haha, but I do have to say I got to feel sorry for Jenson Button though. He got punted out the race by Sebastian Vettel! I mean, seriously what was the guy thinking? He already made too many mistakes this season, probably more than he did in the whole of his career! God I wish Vettel would just handle the situation better like how the other drivers do...

But yeah, congrats to Hamilton for the win though. After being disqualified 2 years ago for "shortcutting" I think this win really means a lot to him. I could go on about the other parts of the race but I think I better just leave a link for you guys to read... (as always) But with what happened to Button, Vettel and Alonso in the race the championship now looks like its gonna be a 2-way fight between Hamilton and Webber. With 6 races left, the drivers championship could still go either way for the 5 drivers, provided that Hamilton and Webber do run into problems as well...

Salt

Oh wow... I don't know where to start with this review regarding Salt. To say that the movie was boring is just too nice. Heck, I could go on and on about how bad the movie is and why you people should not watch it, but then again that would just be a rant and not a review lol...

So okay... well actually I'm not saying that the movie was really bad or anything, but its nothing special either. Just your average spy movie which the main character got betrayed, assassinate some people, defecting the people who trust her, kill some more, etc. Yeah, just about that I guess. I really didn't want to watch the movie at first, but then my friend wanted to watch (which didn't go to plan I might add) and then my dad asked me to buy the ticket today so we could watch it together. LOL, nothing like a father and son bond huh?

Beside the fact that my dad wanted to watch and paying for it (say what? I paid it with my own money dammit!) I guess there is no harm tagging along. But yeah, from the beginning until the end I was just there watching without a sense of feeling whatsoever. Feels like I was just watching some normal show on TV haha. The fact that I tripped and fell prior to the movie wasn't that ideal either. (don't ask please...) So like, are there anything good about the movie? Well frankly there is only one. Angelina Jolie.

Without her acting in the movie, I think the movie would have been a flop lol. (also it was the reason why my dad wanted to watch it, but yeah don't ask why...) Her acting is pretty much what you would expect from her (nothing short of great) but that was about it, the plot was weak, the story build up was boring, the fight seen is like a bore fest, action scene seemed like a video game, etc etc etc... If anything, people only went to watch because it had Angelina Jolie in it and nothing else. Hahahaha...

So what is my final verdict then? At first I wanna gave it a 7.5 but after seeing how mixed the review was (6 out of 10) I have to give it a 7/10. Also I'm giving that rating just because I'm nice, could give it a lot worse but then it wouldn't do Angelina Jolie's acting much justice. =P

StreetDance

Well it was kinda unexpected to be watching StreetDance today, but since my cousin insisted I guess it was okay. Well yeah, the movie was good alright, and if the title wasn't obvious enough it really was about "street dance" so do speak... (and to be honest I was really never a fan of dance movies, but whatever)

So... how good is the movie really? Well I guess its quite good for an independent film (I think, since it wasn't really that heavily advertised and that the fact that it was co-produced with BBC) but whatever... oh and did I say it was British? Hahaha, but to be honest I really do not know what to say about the movie. In short, it was like... dance, a fight, more dance, drama scene, climax, final dance scene, end. LOL, nah it was not really that straightforward but the storyline wasn't really the movies strong point. However, the concept of having ballet and street dance was quite cool actually. The part where they dance near the end was just astonishing.

But other than that, nothing much really. I have no idea who all the casts are, or the fact that who the actual dance crew was but it was fun watching it nonetheless. If your a fan of dance movie like my cousin was, yeah go ahead and watch. I'm sure you people will enjoy it just as much as watching You Got Served, Step Up, Stomp The Yard, etc. But then again, for normal film goers like me it really is nothing special. Oh well... at least I didn't have to pay for it lol.

I have to give it a 7/10. Well, what else would you want me to give it? By the way, I have to thank my friend for paying for the tickets and buying popcorn and drinks for me and my cousin. Haha, yeah I will have to repay you someday... but that is if I have money left after next week! XD

Yeah, I think Sebastian Vettel could have walked away with the win if it wasn't for the stupid penalty. But I guess it was his fault to begin with... Oh well, you win some you lose some. Also another worthy mention was how chaotic the pits were during the safety car period. Nico Rosberg's Mercedes had the rear right wheel came of when exiting the pits, and shortly after Robert Kubica was released into the path of Adrian Sutil which of course both cars collided.

Haha, it was really quite an interesting race to watch even though I probably missed the first 10 laps as I tried rushing home from The Curve after watching movie with my cousin and friends. (more on that on another post) So with this race in the books, it is time for all the team to have a compulsory 1 month break before the team heads to one of of my favorite F1 circuit in the calendar, Spa-Francorchamps!!! =D

Rapid Webber storms to Hungarian victory

I'm just in disbelief right now. Who would have thought this was gonna be the biggest summer blockbuster of the year, but after seeing how so many people said the movie was good I just have to go watch Inception and see what the fuss was all about. Of course, it was also being directed by the same person who did The Dark Knight so I know that the movie was gonna be good...
However I didn't know that the movie was far better than what I expected when I first saw the trailer. In short, it was just epic. The cast, the cinematography, the script, just basically everything about the film was just mind blowing. I gotta give credit to them for making something that is so worthwhile watching. (besides Toy Story 3 that is lol) So far almost all the movies I've watched this year wasn't as good as many would have though, but this has got almost everything to win several Oscars that is for sure!!!

The concept of the film I got to say was what had me giddy the most. Having your mind being invaded by these people, and exploiting your ideas inside your head kinda makes me wanna think twice about sleeping lol. Haha just kidding, but kinda makes you think when your watching this film ya know? Although I'm not really a fan of a "thinking" movie, but this was probably one of a few exceptions. Just think about it, a dream within a dream exploiting a dream? and having a seed "planted" deep inside your thoughts that could literally change your entire life as you know it! Bah, I bet no other film could come close with a plot this good...

Okay... I'm not gonna spoil it with the plot or comment about the acting (they were all pretty good imo) but as it is I will just leave it up to you guys to decide. If anything, just check the link at the top if you wanna know more about the movie. As it is, I will have to give Inception a 9/10. It was just as good (if not, better) than The Dark Knight, and a Christopher Nolan movie could only get better...

Controversial Ferrari 1-2 at Hockenheim

Oh good, for once (is quite a long time) its not McLaren or Red Bull that are on the top spot of the podium!!! So what is the controversy then? The fact that Ferrari shouldn't have intervened when both Alonso and Massa were practically running side-by-side. Ok, maybe not that but clearly Massa was robbed of a good result...

On lap 49 of the 67 lap race, Ferrari clearly gave an instruction to Massa to give way for Alonso to overtake. Citing that "Alonso was quicker" in such a manner that was clearly an indication for Massa to give way for Alonso to take the lead. For gods sake, why did Ferrari have to do this? It was just as bad when Rubens Barrichello gave away the win to Michael Schumacher on the last corner on the last lap of the 2002 Austrian Grand Prix. I don't know why, but Alonso could have gotten passed Massa anyhow judging by the pace he was running back then. Not sure what penalty Ferrari will get after this, but stay tuned...

In the mean time, the Ferrari 1-2 remains.

Vindication For Webber

After what happened at Valencia, Webber managed to prove everyone (Vettel included) just how good he really is when given everything was perfect. Having overtaken Vettel from the start of the race, Webber never looked back and went on to finish the race in convincing style, with Hamilton not far behind.

All in all, a good race around the Silverstone circuit, with the new sections bringing a lot more overtaking opportunity compared to previous years. Sorry that I don't blog as much as I used to, but I'll try to get into the mood to blog again...

Malaysian Super Series

A few weeks late, but I guess its better than nothing hahaha... Not really gonna post much here (will leave a few useful links below) but I'm glad that the team managed to do so well compared to the other teams there. Of course, it was the Asian Touring Car Series is what I'm talking about here.

Charles Ng did a great job finishing 2nd in both race 1 & 2 despite having to compete against much faster cars on the grid, just goes to show how good a driver Charles really is. Who knows how much better he would be if he given a better car... Not to say that the current car wasn't good or anything, but the car could always be improved. Hopefully those new upgrades will help him become more competitive for the next race...

Vettel, how long has it been since you last won?

Hahahaha... since Malaysia that is! Although I didn't watch qualifying (I was at Sepang for yet another race) and kinda fell asleep halfway through the race (same thing happened last year as well!) but yeah, an interesting race by all means. Vettel lead from pole from start till finish, with both Hamilton and Button not far behind trying to catch up. Sadly for Webber though, his day was not so good...

Having dropped back on the opening lap, had a sloppy pit stop, and got caught in a horrendous accident (which thankfully he managed to escape harmlessly) to end his day was not in the plan at all whatsoever. There were one or two good overtakes (Kobayashi did a splendid job near the end!) but other than that there isn't much to recall for haha. So with Webber not finishing the race, Hamilton is still on top with Button 2nd and Vettel moving up to 3rd place and Webber dropped to 4th.

Next race will be at the newly revamped Silverstone Circuit for the British Grand Prix. Can't wait for that race to start... =D

Haha, I'm really really just lost for words for this one. Go watch it, I swear this was the best movie of the year, better than anything else!!! Ok but seriously, the movie was just perfect!!! A 10/10 from me, and so should other people say the same. A masterpiece as they would say...

Well actually I'm just too tired to write a full review here, but I'll try to write a full review tomorrow or something. It will definitely be more interesting than this short post lol...

2010 Super GT weekend at Sepang

I just cannot believe what a week it has been for me. From being at the workshop frantically preparing the cars and whatnot, to actually seeing the cars run and thankfully finish the race without too many problems was a reward in itself. I don't really know what to say really, working with a workshop which is also an actual race team which is also very successful (for a new team that is), once again I have to say that I am really really fortunate to get the experience which I'm sure most of my friends must be jealous off, hahahaha...

Yes, even if it is a little bit more demanding (seriously, working with a professional race team is never easy, especially for a person like me) and have to stay through the late nights just to get the car onto the grid was never easy but I guess in the end, as all things are, it was all worth it. What more if the car not only managed to finish the race, but to finish on the podium in both races!!!

Well, sadly this was not the actual Super GT race hahaha. Would be way beyond my wildest dreams if I was working with a Super GT team, be it in GT300 or GT500. Honestly, if anyone followed my blog you would know about the AFOS race about a month ago, (you would notice it since I don't blog much lol) the Asia GT4 championship happens to be one of the support races in the Super GT weekend, having 2 races with one on Saturday and one on Sunday. The cars that my race team prepared was 2 Ginetta G50 for Track Torque Racing and an Aston Martin V8 Vantage N24 for S&D Motorsport/Conca Macca. I'm not really gonna spoil anyone about the results or anything, but if you want to know the race results you can check the link provided below:

As for the Super GT race, haha it was cool to get to watch the race even if it was just for a few laps lol. Sadly I didn't get to go for the "Pit Walkabout" and get some photos of the cars, but thankfully I did manage to get a few shots during the race. I'm not gonna really post all of the shots here, but only a selected few. I will try to upload the rest of my pictures on Facebook so you can look there if you want to see more of the pictures...

(sorry for the bad quality photos, as I didn't get to borrow a better camera from my brother or sister and also the fact that I can't do panning shots that well lol)

As for the results for the Super GT race, look here. But I do have to say, the Honda HSV-010 GT was definitely one of the best sounding car out of all the cars. Sounds almost exactly as an F1 car, even on the upshift and downshift!!! Only that it wasn't revving as high as an F1 car nor was it as loud, hahahaha... =P

Audi wins 2010 Le Mans, Peugeot nowhere to be found...

What an unexpected result for Audi huh? What many expected for Peugeot to win the coveted 24 Heures du Mans in 2010, Audi made it a perfect 1,2 & 3 finish on the top step of the podium and Peogeot could do nothing about it. All their hard work and testing were apparently in vain when none of their cars made it to the finish line...

So what exactly happen to Peugeot then? Well, the first of the works Peugeot team got into an early retirement when the #3 Peugeot had the suspension ripped from the tub, making it nearly impossible to repair and ended their race. Then the #2 Peogeot retired with what was an engine failure (it was said to be a turbo related issue, not sure about that) about halfway though the race with the #1 Peugeot and #4 Team Oreca Matmut (using the same Peugeot 908 btw) both encountering similar troubles later in the race. God it must have been awful for them to swallow that result. After such a good performance last year and some convincing results this year in some of the previous races this year, guess nobody had predicted this.

As for the other race winners, it was Strakka Racing in the HPD ARX-01C that won the LMP2 class, Larbre Compétition in the Saleen S7 for LMGT1 (which is sadly gonna be the last) and Felbermayr-Proton in the Porsche 911 GT3-RSR for LMGT2. Although I wish I could highlight more about the race, but I guess I just have to end here for now. Not sure how next years regulation will be like or what team and cars will appear but all in all it is definitely something to look forward to!!!

Oh what can I say... working with a workshop which is also a professional race team is kinda tiring and very demanding, but the experience is so totally worth every blood, sweat and tears I shed. (even if that means getting scolded each time I did anything wrongly!) But yeah, this race is my second time for a race weekend (the other one being AFOS of course) and the first time I've been to an endurance race!!!

So erm... what is there to say about this event then? Okay, so first the team I was with was of course G.Harry Racing Team which was running a Honda EK9 (or was it a EJ9?) #30 running in class 2. Not sure what to say about our results during the race though (we were practically nowhere near where the front runners were) but considering that the car was pretty old and gave us a lot of trouble (which we had to work till the late hours to fix!) and still manage to finish the full 9 hour race was remarkable. Finished in 21st place overall (not sure about our class, was probably 15th I think) out of like 50-60+ competitors was ok I guess. Not sure if I want to continue telling my experience here, but at least I manage to do something more than just buying food for everyone lol...

Yeah, you heard me. It was all Sebastian Vettel's fault for colliding into Mark Webber and cost both himself, his teammate and team very valuable points!!! Oh why the stupidest of things happen? Poor team management? Overambitious? Desperate? I don't know folks, but whatever the reason is it sure did help McLaren savor that sweet 1-2 finish in Istambul with Hamilton clinching his first victory of this season!

Yeah, sure nearly the same thing happened to both him and Button a few laps later but at least they managed to control the situation and with a few talks over the radio they calmed down and kept a good distance from each other until the end lol. But wow, somehow I managed to watch the entire race without my whole house blacking out. (more on that later...) Other than that, yeah. Not much blogging over these past few months huh? With work and a busy life, I'm not surprised at all whatsoever. Maybe I will start blogging more often once I finish my practical or something... hopefully.

What can I say... it has been a pretty busy week for me, as for the first time in my entire life I'm actually getting involved in a motor sporting event! A few years ago I never even once thought I would work with a race crew before, and yet here I am sitting here talking about my experience lol...

Well, to be honest I wasn't really involved in preparing all the cars for the race (I had another kind of job to do for the team unfortunately) but I did help out a bit when they needed me. Wow... I'm just really tired to write about everything in this post, but I just wanted to say that the experience being on the race track is just immense. If there is one advice I could give, is that a motorsport life is not easy! The fact that the cars have to be prepare, test, repair, adjustments, and all those other things all within a few hours is just crazy. Not to say that its impossible to do those kind of things, but something to remind me that I really really have a lot to learn before I could be one of them.

The race itself was pretty good, as the team I am with managed to get 1st and 2nd place in the Asian Touring Car Series (albeit, it was 2 different drivers in 2 different races) and 3rd place in the Asia GT4 championship. Not bad considering for a small team with most of my instructors (yes, you read that right) from TOC being the race mechanics for the team lol. Anyway, that is all for now as I am really really need to get some rest after these past week haha. I might write a full story on the event someday, but until then just look around if you can find any interesting articles on the AFOS event.

Missed the Monaco F1 race for this? Yeah, but I guess I can't blame anyone for that...

Iron Man 2

Okay... so after waiting for a month to watch this, me and my cousin finally got to watch Iron Man 2 earlier today. After all the promotion and hype surrounding the movie, you'd think the movie will be a great sequel to the already impressive first Iron Man movie right?

The sad truth is, it wasn't. Just like how over hyped Transformers 2 was, (which I myself over hyped it, sorry about that!) the sequel failed to make a lasting impression as the original. Not to say it wasn't good or anything, but it wasn't anything special or appraising either! Everything about the movie was okay I guess, but somehow there were just a few things lacking inside the movie that I can't put my finger on it. Maybe its because the main villain isn't as strong as the first one? Too much focus on the characters and not the plot itself? I don't know, but it was definitely something...

However, I think one thing about Iron Man 2 for sure is good. Scarlett Johansson. Hahahaha... you gotta agree with me on this really. She is just... damn! Kinda makes you speechless and wanna drool for more yeah? Her acting wasn't that bad either! Other than that, well... what is the other good thing inside the movie? Stark's awesome Audi R8 Spider? Or the part where the Rolls-Royce Phantoms got destroyed? Oh definitely! Its the best thing about the whole movie! Haha, I kid I kid.

Anyway, that is all for my review. Don't think I can think of writing anything else any more that I would. So the movie is okay, but its nowhere near as good as the first one. So for me to rate this movie, out of a score between 0 and 10 I will have to give this a 8.0/10. To be honest, I find Kick-Ass much funner to watch that Iron Man despite the lower rating from me. But then again, look at how much the budget was for both movies... not to mention the cast and the people behind it! So yeah, the end. lol...

Flawless victory for Webber in Barcelona...

Yeah yeah, its not like I have the mood (or time for that matter!) to blog a lot these day so I'll just have to keep it short and sweet from now onwards. Anyway, Mark Webber just drove splendidly from start to finish without making any mistakes and keeping him and his car out of trouble. A good and well deserved win for Webber I guess, and Fernando Alonso gave the home crowd something to cheer about when he finished 2nd after both Sebastian Vettel and Lewis Hamilton ran into problems late into the race.

Vettel had a brake problems and had to pit for new tires after he went off course and dropped back to 4th place while Hamilton suffered a front right tire puncture which sent his car into the walls on the 3rd corner on the last lap! Haha, both guys were trying really hard to get a good results but fortunately Vettel still manage to nurse his car to the finish and got a well deserved 3rd place. As for the others, I don't really know what to say about that really lol.

Next week will be the crown jewel of Formula 1 as the teams head of to Monte Carlo for the Monaco Grand Prix. Probably one the most glamorous races as well as one of the most technical street circuits on the calendar, it will test both cars and drivers to the limits. Its definitely one of my favorite F1 tracks to watch as well! =D

As one of my cousin put it, "totally unexpected". Why you say? Well, when we (as in me and my cousins) first went to buy the tickets, we thought it was some sort of superhero comedy film (well, not sure like what but something like Superhero Movie I guess) but wow, it was just everything but comedy! Well it is a bit, but Kick-Ass was just that, it kicks ass!!!

No, I am not bothered to write much about the movie (as always haha) but just want to point out that, this film was just bloody awesome! And I do really mean it lol. The movie started out nicely and funny like how a comedy film should be, but the second half of the movie was pretty violent. How violent it is, I have no idea... maybe as violent as Grand Theft Auto? Pretty much I guess, haha. Lots of violence, profanity (beats every other movie I've watched so far in recent years lol) and a lot of explicit stuff. All of this, only in the theaters no less! Can't wait for the uncut DVD version to come out, as I'm sure there were many parts being edited out in the theater. Zzzzzz...

So yeah, how would I rate the movie then? Probably a 6/10 if I'm honest. Everything was okay though, but its not exactly the type of movie that I like watching. Would have been better if I went to watch Toy Story 1 & 2 in 3D rather than this, but since all of my cousins agreed to watch this I guess I can't complain though. Oh well, at least I got to hang out with them more this time. A good family bonding yeah? Okay, maybe not that kind of bonding but erm... yeah, had a great time, and even if I had to spend my own money on them it was all for a good cause, haha. =)

McLaren 1-2 in Shanghai

It was a fantastic drive by Jensen Button to bring the car home in first place, and Lewis Hamilton for giving the best performance on track as well as finishing in 2nd to achieve McLaren's first 1-2 finish this season. Sadly the Red Bull and Ferrari was nowhere to be found, and Mercedes did a good job despite poor Michael Schumacher not having the same level of competitiveness compared to his younger teammate Nico Rosberg.

Although I got to say, if it wasn't for the rain the Red Bull would have definitely been on top. Also the fact that many teams made the wrong decisions on their first pit stop (to switching to intermediates too early) had a bad consequences later in the race and gave advantage to those who opted to stay out a bit longer before pitting for the tires. Heh, I could probably write a bit more but I was totally busy after watching the race with my cousins coming over to my house and then hanging out with them at their house after that lol. Okay, so if anyone read any of my tweets on Twitter, Facebook, or Myspace then you might be wondering what I was going on about then right? Well, if my recent tweet is anything to go by, then you would have probably clicked on the link and wondered... TOC OTTO Camp?

Well if you were wondering, its nothing much really. Its just some sort of introduction to the automotive world and the college for those who are interested. (anyone can go and visit I think) But what is different from all the other previous OTTO camp was that this time the workshop that I'm working with is involved. Just yesterday night they sent the Aston Martin V8 Vantage GT4 to my college for a demonstration, and well, today they (as in my boss and sifu) even had a
conference (or talk, not sure what is it that you call it) with everyone in TOC, and said that I was the first person in TOC to actually be working with them. My sifu also told me today that I'm currently working at one of the most expensive workshop that any TOC students had ever worked with!

Damn, I'm not sure what to say though. Maybe I'm lucky or maybe I'm unfortunate but I'm just... speechless! I mean, I'm probably the only student in TOC (well, as far as I know at least) who is working with a racing team (S&D Motorsports is what my workshop is associated with) and get to work on high end sports cars on my first on-job training. Who else has gotten the opportunity to do this? LOL, but anyway even as good as it sounds I just with I had a normal workshop like everyone else. I don't know, not saying that I don't appreciate working with this workshop (I really do) but I just don't get it. Why me? Why not anyone else? Its not like I have a good past experience (I never worked before in my life prior to this) nor do I have good results to show for it. Seriously, I feel like my classmates deserve to get this place more than I do. All I can do is just f*** things up! *sigh*

TOC, the workshop, my family, my friends, and probably just about anyone I knew has high expectations for me. Why oh f**king why does it HAVE TO BE ME!!? What the f*** did I do to deserve this? As with anything in life I guess, all I can say is whatever and just move on. I don't care. If I let anyone down its not my problem, you people are just expecting too much from a person like me. I cannot deliver any results nor am I gonna make anyone proud, all I can say is just accept it as it is. I would rather die than having to put up with all this pressure...

Anyhow, sorry for posting that crap. I just want to clear some things up with you people. I know that I might be repeating some stuff here (as usual) but bear with me, I'm just trying to let my feelings and thoughts go on this post just to make myself feel a "little" better. But if anyone is interested, please do go to the OTTO camp. I might be involved, I might not but at least you can get to enjoy being there and learn something!

How To Train Your Dragon

To be honest I really didn't expect to watch this movie much, but since I went out with my cousin last night (or should say, just a few hours ago) to hang out and do some stuff, then he told me he wanted to watch some movie together. At fist I actually thought of watching Evolusi KL Drift 2 but since my cousin suggested watching How To Train Your Dragon, I just followed what he said and went along with his plan. Got to be said though, the movie wasn't bad at all!

Not sure how to put it, but it was just fun to watch. Although it wasn't really the best looking computer-animated film out there but the story line and characters just made it for me. Story was really good, the character development was splendid and seeing how the story unfolds throughout the movie was just something else. Its just indescribable I tell ya! You should just go watch it, and trust me if any of the current reviews are to go by then you'll know how worth it this film really is.

I'm not gonna tell all the plot here (go read Wikipedia), but just to summarize it further the film is about a teenage boy who wants to become a viking like his father and slay dragons, and after managing to capture one of the dragons he encounter the dragon and tried to kill him only to have a change of heart after seeing how the dragon was just in the same situation as he is. He then befriends the dragon and learned more about how similar the dragons were to humans, etc. But yeah, its not really accurate in terms of a summary but you get the point... and oh, it is based off a children's novel by the same name as well. The voice cast ain't bad either, with Jay Baruchel, America Ferrera, Jonah Hill, Gerard Butler, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Craig Ferguson, and David Tennant in it. All of them did a great job voice acting each of the character and somehow made it feel more "Scottish" than it is Scandinavian lol. (well not that I'm complaining, but it was somehow funny in a way)

Okay, so what does this all mean in terms of rating then? For me, I just have to give it a 7.5 out of 10. Its as good as it gets for this type of film, but there are several areas that could be improve (not sure what exactly, but you will know once you watch it) but who knows, maybe there will be a sequel in the near future? There happens to be more than one novel on the "How to Train Your Dragon" series, so seeing how good the movie is there should be demands for a sequel right? Haha, I don't know, I don't know if it will happen at all...

3rd time lucky for Vettel in Sepang

Yeah, after having a spark plug issues in Bahrain and a failed torque drive in Australia, Sebastian Vettel took the lead from Mark Webber on the first lap and never looked back. A well deserve victory for him after having leading the first 2 races only to have his victory slipped by. So congrats to both Vettel and Webber on getting the 1-2 finish at a lively race in Sepang...

But of course, the race was strangely enough not affected by the rain as somehow the entire race was practically dry on Sunday after what was a really soaked qualifying session on Saturday. Plenty of overtaking and retirements did happen, proving that Malaysia is never a dull grand prix be it on a sunny day or a torrential downpour like it was last year. So like, 3 different winners in 3 races so far? 2010 is shaping up to be a very unpredictable season indeed, even if people complain that the race is a bit "boring" with the ban of refueling in the race that didn't stop the race becoming any less interesting. Sure the race in Bahrain can considered to be boring, but Australia and Malaysia proved that was unlikely to be true...

The next race will be in Shanghai for the Chinese Grand Prix on the 18th of April with Felipe Massa leading the points standings and the top 7 just separated by less than 10 points. Will there be more action and drama happen then? Will there be yet another different winner? Anyone's guess is as good as mine I'd say, hahahaha...

Motivation

Just when I thought my life would get any worse, I've just seen the light at the end of the tunnel. Been thinking lately about whether becoming a mechanic was a good idea and that going to college was a mistake and that I should have become a NEET or something cause somehow I just don't feel right about working. Kept doing the wrong things, making mistakes, breaking stuff, etc. I though I would just give up and do something else...

But after today, my mind has kinda changed slightly. Of course I still do feel a bit sad (I'm emokid, what do you expect?) after all the troubles that I caused in the 4 weeks that I've been working at the workshop so far, and after doing something terrible the day before (not work related) I just wish that I could stop doing everything and just lock myself up in my room and think about all the things that I've done. So what happened today that got me motivated you say? Something car/work related of course... *cough*

After working on the Nissan Skyline GT-R R32 for so many weeks the car finally got running after everything was done. Then today after some tweaks and stuff the car was able to drive on the road again. Couldn't believe how amazing it is that the car was from being abandoned by the previous workshop owner, to being completed with the people that I'm working with now. But most of all, not only to get the car in a working and running condition was an accomplishment, but to get to ride shotgun in a shakedown was just something else. I guess you can say it was "the fruit of our labor" (even though I didn't really do much lol).

Another surprise was that I get to ride in the Nissan Silvia S15 as well! But I got to say, after being inside both of these cars and being driven at the scruff of the neck my perspective of tuning and cars in general has changed. Boy oh boy what a feeling it was to feel the surge of power coming from each of these car... definitely a lot more exhilarating than my crappy i10! But of course, it didn't happen if I didn't work for 14 hours either... (went to work at 9am, came back home at 11pm)

But really, I do hope this will give me some motivation on doing my training, and work and study hard to achieve my far-fetched goal...

Button Takes The Spoils in Melbourne

Congrats to Jenson Button for winning the Australian Grand Prix. Its his first win with the McLaren team as well as winning the race 2 years in succession. (with his other win with Brawn GP last year) The win could have easily been for Sebastian Vettel, comfortably leading the race from the start until the inevitable happen when he retired from the race after a brake failure near the half way point. Surprise of the race was definitely Robert Kubica who came all the way from 9th to finish the race in 2nd, avoiding the chaos on the first lap and keeping his nerves when being pressured by the other drivers. A splendid (but rather boring) drive by him none the less, bringing his Renault car nowhere near where it should have been...

Certainly it was a more exciting and dramatic race compared to Bahrain, with a little bit of help from the rain just before the start of the race. If it wasn't for the rain the race could otherwise be just as boring as the Bahrain race if anything is to go by. Having 4 drivers out of the race in the opening lap of the race (with Jarno Trulli not even being able to start the race with a hydraulic problem on his car), and with a few more joining the DNF party it was otherwise a grueling race for both drivers and machine.

Okay, I'm not gonna bother with the full race report (just read the links below) but I just want to add a few more things here. Next week is gonna be the Malaysian Grand Prix at Sepang! Not sure if the place where I work would get me a ticket (seems unlikely) but if anything, its gonna be a wonderful race to watch. Just hope that the race ain't gonna be a disaster like last year...

58th Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring

The race finished just about an hour ago or so, and its a little sad to say that I missed nearly half of the race! A lot of things happened in the race, and this years 12 Hours of Sebring was sadly not as good as last year. With Audi wasn't able to race Sebring, it was clearly gonna be Peugeot race to win with neither the Aston Martin Racing nor the Drayson Racing could do anything about it in their petrol cars. (seriously, the diesel were always gonna be faster than the petrol with the current regulations) Then again, what lacked in P1 & P2 was made up by the new entries in GT2. Porsche, Ferrari, BMW, Chevrolet, (and less likely) Jaguar were in a shot for the GT2 class win.

Other than that, there were also 2 new classes introduced to fill up the grin in ALMS with the Le Mans Prototype Challenge (LMPC or Formula Le Mans in Europe) and the GTC class (which is maily composed of Porsche 911 GT3 Cup cars). But of course I'm not gonna talk much a lot about those 2 new classes and just concentrate on P1 and GT2. So as the race finished it was obviously Peugeot taking the win, with Alexander Wurz, Marc Gene, & Anthony Davidson driving the #07 Peogeot 908 HDi FAP crossing the line first with the #08 Peugeot of Sebastien Bourdais, Nicolas Minassian, & Pedro Lamy finished some 13 seconds behind in 2nd and the final spot of the podium was taken by Adrian Fernandez, Stefan Mucke, and Harold Primat in the #007 Aston Martin Racing Lola B09 60.

Things couldn't be any different in GT2 as Risi Competizione won yet again in the #62 Ferrari F430 driven by Jaime Melo, Gianmaria Bruni, & Pierre Kaffer having a comfortable win ahead of the #92 BMW E92 M3 of Dirk Werner, Bill Auberlen, Hermosa Beach, & Tom Milner and the #90 BMW E92 M3 of Dirk Mueller, Joey Hand, & Andy Priaulx. So what happened to the Corvette and Porsche then? For the Corvette Racing team, they just had a nightmare of a race with gaining a lot of penalties during the race and the crash in the pits didn't help much either. Porsche was on the other hand was just struck by bad luck when the #17 Falken Porsche lost its right rear wheel and made contact with the #45 Flying Lizards which was in 2nd during that time. Oh what would the race have been like if Ferrari had run into problems as well in the race.

Whatever it is, the race was still quite enjoyable to watch despite the demise of the GT1 class as well as the slightly smaller grid compare to the years past. The American Le Mans series will still be one of the most interesting endurance race series to watch. How will the Le Mans Series and the FIA GT1 World Championship will compare to ALMS is anybodies guess...

Ferrari 1-2 at Bahrain

Meh, I was expecting Vettel to finish the race on top after seeing how well he was in qualifying, but near the end some mechanical problem on his car forced him to let both Ferraris through as well as Lewis Hamilton into 3rd position so it must be sad to see his win slipped away like that. Oh well, at least he didn't retire out of the race like he did last year! However, it must be a good feeling for Alonso to finally stepped on top of the podium in scarlet red...

Okay, race results aside I think Ferrari has definitely gone back to their winning ways with achieving the 1-2 result in Bahrain as the other teams finished failed to match the performance of the Ferrari today. Ferrari managed to get the maximum points of 43 points (25 for Alonso and 18 for Massa) with the nearest being McLaren with 21 points. With the new point scoring system this could very well mean that whichever team has the most consistent finishes will have a better likely chance of clinching the title as compared to last year.

As for the new teams entering F1, the only team that managed to finish the race was Lotus F1 Racing with Kovalainen finishing in 15th and Trulli finishing in 17th and last place. Although they aren't near the pace as the more experienced team they did fairly well compared to the other new teams such as Virgin Racing and HRT retiring not even halfway through the race. But of course all of this are to be expected coming from the new team with little to no time to develop their cars compared to the other teams. Hope that all the new teams will get better as the season progress.

2 weeks from now will be the Australian grand prix in Albert Park, Melbourne for the 2nd round of the 2010 Formula 1 championship. Who will be on top by then? Who would have made major improvements on their cars? Will there be anything happening in the next 2 weeks? Who knows, we all just have to wait and find out... =)

Alonso leads Ferrari 1-2 in Bahrain

Not sure what am I gonna say about Tim Burton's Alice In Wonderland, been taking my time thinking about this movie ever since I watched it late last night. Not really sure where to start from haha. The fact that the tickets that my brother bought were wrong (the person selling the ticket was at fault for giving the wrong tickets and my brother for not checking the tickets earlier) and had to take seats from the side (awful viewing angle, but couldn't complain much) or that the movie was in 3D! (yeah, sadly didn't get to watch Avatar in 3D not could I remember watching any 3D movies prior to this) But then again, all of that doesn't really matter since I finally got to watch this!

If you people didn't already know, I wanted to watch this movie last weekend but both on Saturday and Sunday the tickets were all sold out and even yesterday there were still people watching this? Damn this people must be mad. Mad or it must have been a pretty damn good movie, its your call. For me though, the movie was just exhilarating to watch and was probably worth the money to watch it in 3D. I don't really know what to say really, almost everything about the movie (apart from the seating position and maybe some parts of the movie) was done just about right. Tim Burton has never fail to impress with any of his movies, be it from 10-20 years ago right up will today the way the stories are told are just impressive as ever.

So anyway, I think all the characters in the movie were just splendid. Every character almost played a major part of the plot and developing the story as each scene passes through, almost everyone acted brilliantly in the movie. More so for the 2 main characters, Alice (starring Mia Wasikowska) as well as the Mad Hatter (starring Johnny Depp) were just amazing to watch. Alice was portrayed nicely when she was all grown up, and Johnny Depp was just something else. Its kinda hard to say it but the role of the Mad Hatter just suited him pretty well indeed. Of course I would like to talk about the other people in the movie as well, but I just think they aren't as important to talk about lol.

Okay, well I don't think I'm gonna spoil anyone with the plot here or even have much else to say about the movie. What can I say, its a Tim Burton movie! It supposed to be (like all his previous work) a bit dark and gloomy, but in a way its all good. So what does all this add up to? A worthwhile movie to watch for this year, I promise. If this movie was sold out for 2 weeks straight don't be so surprised. Its just so worth the watch. All said and done though, how would I rate Alice then? After thinking about it, I have to give it an 8/10. Probably the best movie I've watched all of this year (so far anyways), its just as good as it gets. Although there were 1 or 2 things that I want to complain about (like maybe the 3D isn't as good as Avatar and how the last quarter of the movie ended) but other than that, yeah. Its ok...

Anyway, the 2010 season has kicked off earlier today with the practice sessions at the Bahrain International Circuit with now 12 teams and 24 drivers competing together on the circuit for the first time in such a long long time.

Well I'll probably not gonna post much about today's practice sessions nor about the happenings during the past few months and with how crappy my internet is today I don't think I could link up much photos or anything else at all either! Woe always me... =(

Its okay though, hopefully I can post the race results like I did last year and probably explain more about the teams and the season when I find some free time. Hehe...

Up In The Air

As I mentioned in my previous post, me, my cousin and some of my friends went to watch Up In The Air yesterday. Actually we planned on watching Alice In Wonderland that day, but since the only available seats were at 9pm and 11pm respectively one of my friend suggested watching this instead. Well I didn't know much about the movie other than it was the same director who directed Juno, I thought it was worth a shot watching it. Besides, there weren't much of a choice of watching anything else either...

To be honest, I didn't think the movie was gonna be fun or anything (since it seems to be about "grown-ups" and its a drama movie) but after watching it through it wasn't that bad to be honest. I did enjoy watching Juno I'll admit, and so did I enjoy watching this as well? Very much... but only for the plot and the themes of the movie. Everything else was a bit typical and as with most drama movies, a bit dull haha.

I'm not saying that the movie is bad or anything, its just that there isn't much the movie has to offer. It might be an interesting movie to watch, then again its not for everyone for certain. Funnily enough I find this movie more fun to watch than The Book Of Eli. With that said though, I don't think I could give this movie much of a rating so I'll have to give it a 7 out of 10. Could use better character development for the story, and probably a better ending lol...

Okay, it might not be much of a review but then again I'm too tired and busy nowadays to write something that is long and happen to use a lot of my braincells roflmao!!!

Yeah, thanks for the memories Junni. Its been fun hanging out with you again today, along with my cousin and some of my other friends at One Utama. Although you were probably was busy with your boyfriend/brother (oppa?) or whatever it is you wanna call him, but at least we still had fun right? Hahaha, I know I sure did, and so does everyone else as far as I'm concerned lol...

So what did we all do today exactly then? After settling with my cousin with his headphones (he just had to buy the exact same one as me, zzz...) and an MP4 player earlier in the day, I decided to bring him along with my friends to meet her at One Utama. When we were there and got to meet each other and did a lot of things (mostly being walking around lmfao!) such as eating at Chili's, played arcade games, watched movies (Up In The Air), and probably some other things that I could not remember hahaha. It was fun, we all had laughed together a lot, share some moments together as well as some other random bs we did.

Its probably gonna be really hard to forget this day, just as much as probably the first time I met you back in February. I don't know if you read my blog or anything (most likely not) but if you do you will surely know how much feelings I have for you. I could not care less if you want to move on, have another boyfriend or whatnot, I will still be here waiting *hopelessly* for you. Will we ever get into a relationship. Will we still be friends until the end of time? God knows whats gonna happen the next time we meet...

Sadly I didn't take any pictures of today much. (I think my cousin only took some photos on my phone) Need to get a new phone soon once (I hope!) my income goes in at the end of the month, or if I get an allowance from my workplace then I could buy myself a Sony Ericsson Aino (or maybe some other smartphones with a good camera) soon enough to take photos with. But not sure when that is gonna be... =(

But of course, I also need to thank you for buying me the Girls' Generation album all the way from Korea lol. Never thought you were gonna buy it, but then you did! Haha, I love you a lot Junni, I love you a lot... =D

The Book Of Eli

Its been definitely a while since I wrote anything on my blog but I guess working 6 days a week (and having a lousy internet connection doesn't help much either) kinda takes its toll on me. Not only do I feel tired every single afking day, but I don't have as much time to waste on things like going online, play video games or you know, just loafing around! So yeah, how good is The Book Of Eli anyhow?

I can't say much myself about the movie, but I guess its a bit interesting in a way and yet its rather boring and if you don't follow the story closely you would not have any idea what the movie is all about. Denzel Washington in this movie is just badass, while Mila Kunis is just so freaking hawt! Lolz, well I'm not really gonna say much about the movie or anything but if you ever think about watching this, just be prepared that its nothing as good as what the trailer shows. Although there are a lot of cool fight scenes in the movie, it feels a bit too overdone for me. Also the plot seems a bit stupid when you think about it. Killing each other just for a book? Haha, I wish to see that happen in real life... (well not really, but just a figure of speech so to speak)

Yeah, that is about it for my review lol. If you want to go watch it, go ahead. Its not all that bad to watch, but then again its not that good either lol. So for me, I just have to give it a 6.5/10 rating for the movie. The plot could have a better potential if they didn't sidetracked the story as much, and probably concentrate on the origins of the book more (instead of just some short dialogues) and give a better story of the whole setting (I mean seriously, I didn't even knew why everyone in the movie just looks barbaric). Then again, maybe they didn't care for all of that? Haha, whatever...

Also, I just need to say that I've watched The Wolfman with my brother a few weeks ago (don't think I'll write a review for that) and later I'm going to watch Alice In Wonderland with some friends. *sigh* A good way to release stress and tension after a week of working huh? I think the same as well...

I'm not gonna write a lot about my first week on my SIT (Supervised Industrial Training) as a technician/mechanic, but thought I could share some photos I took on my camera phone. Yeah, the pictures might be a bit blur, small and whatnot but my phone camera is only 1.3 megapixel. Hopefully I can get a new phone soon lol...

Anyway, the workshop is quite a cool place to work. The people there are very nice and helpful, and I hope I can learn a lot from them. Spent the first 2 days clearing and cleaning the workshop, moving car parts, furniture and whatnot to make the working environment a bit more comfortable. After those 2 days I finally got to work on some of the cars there, even though I didn't get to work on all the cars as much but nevertheless its quite fun to work even though my body starts to ache a lot nowadays ever since I started work lol. Okay, enough about me though and lets take a look at some of the cars inside the workshop:

Its not that I'm rich or anything, but I just like posting stuff that I buy and post it online lol. Well you could say that I'm a showoff or whatnot (maybe just a bit or a lot depending on how you see it) but really, its my blog and I can post whatever I want! Anyhow, these are just some stuff that I bought from Lowyat a few days ago.

So what are they exactly then you asked? From the left you can see the Belkin SurgeMaster surge protector (had to buy it after what happened a few weeks ago), a Sensonic DVD+R blank cds (10 pieces), a D-Link Ethernet PCI adapter (had to replace it since the one on my PC got strike by lightning), a 3.5mm jack extension, and of course the Logitech QuickCam S5500 (hopefully get to use once I get my internet working again). The Siberia headset is not really a purchase but rather, a replacement for my old one which got killed by bass, hahaha. (seriously, I think it was after I listened to Round Wave Crusher for an hour on OHR3 lol)

Okay, and then there was a purchase from today...

Yep, I finally got a pair of Macbeth shoes! Now I'm a part of the scene... *cough* *cough* (well apart from this I also bought some trousers but I guess that doesn't really matter now does it?)

Dear Lightning...

I hate you. I really really hate you! If it wasn't for you my dear lightning, I would probably not be in despair for over a week of not having no internet at home. Because of you almost my entire life is screwed up as it is right now. So many routines, plans, schedules, and all sort of things that I do online has been completely ruined because of you. If you knew how I would feel right now, you will probably would not even dare to exist in this life ever again...

So lightning, what did I do to deserve this? Was it because of some things that I was just meant not to do? Is it because I was praying for something that was well beyond my capability to handle? Did I piss off someone that this happen to me? If you have an answer, don't bother telling me cause whats already been done has already been done. No need to rub salt into my already deep cut wounds and having to live through this just makes me lose my mind, sanity and the will to live normally like everyone else.

Alright people, enough of this so called lettter/note or whatever you people think I'm writting. If you all didn't already know, my house got strike by lightning one evening on Friday, February 6th 2010. It was just after my practical exam for one of my college subjects, and when I was still at college I saw this big and loud lightning come by. Little did I realize how the lightning strike my phone line, killed my modem and my LAN card on my PC. What that means is that not only I cannot go online, but I cannot even make phone calls using my house phone either!

To make it more ironic, this happened just the day after I got to meet the person that I had always wanted to meet all this while. But I'm not gonna tell that story to anyone, but certainly its not something that I will forget that easily. Not sure if she was the one who wanted this to happen to me or anything, or was it god that was angry at me for being with her that night but I couldn't care less if the lightning strike was a coincidence, a reminder or just sheer bad luck as it has always been for my entire life.

You might wonder what I have been doing for the past few weeks without internet then? Well all I have to say is that my life could not be any more desperate or unfortunate. Had my SIT (Supervised Internship Training) exam at my college, which determines whether I could go for my on-job training or not. For the theory exam I did fail the first time but luckily managed to pass the second time around. Got to say that the exam was probably difficult like anything! Not only do I have to answer 150 objective questions, but the passing mark was 80%! (got 75.66% on the 1st try, 80.67% on the 2nd try) Okay, maybe it is not as hard as some other subjects and such but you got to admit you would say it was tough if you were in my shoes lol.

Anyhow, after I passed my theory exam I had to do my pracitcal exam straight away after that. All in all I managed to do good enough to get a passing mark without repeating any tasks whatsoever so I'm kinda thankful for that. So all I have to do for now I just wait until the SIT briefing before I actually go for my on-job training with some other workshop. Hope that I could learn a lot for working at the workshop as well as getting some sort of allowance or even an income if its possible haha. But yes, its definitely not gonna be something easy or to be joke around with. Once your doing a job you have to be 100% serious about it.

Well other than my college exams I really didn't do much else other than maybe going to a cyber cafe just to go online on Facebook, Myspace and Twitter for a while (yeah, thank goodness for cyber cafes near my place. Otherwise I would have died a long time ago...) and also helping out my family and friends drive around and stuff. Apart from that, I also got my car mirror replaced after a small accident a few weeks ago.

There are also so many things that happened these past few weeks I don't even know if I could post all of them by the end of the month cause I don't even know when I can get my internet working again. I feel like my life starts getting shorter and shorter each time I don't get to go online at home. But I guess this is all a part of life isn't it? Meh...

Parents finally bought a new TV!!!

Hahahaha... its kinda funny and unexpected ya know? My parents have never changed their TV in like over 20 years lol. Of course, we did get new TV's for the living room, for our other house as well as for my room (hehe) but wow... never thought my parents would get this new Sharp LCD TV in my entire life!!

I mean, honestly I never thought my parents would get an LCD TV that is relatively new on the market. My dad always said he was gonna buy one, yada yada yada but always been put off by the price, or that I kinda begged him not to buy it just yet and stuff, haha. So yesterday during lunch my father just (randomly at that) suggest that he wanted to buy a new LCD TV later that day. Didn't knew he really mean it!!! So that night we went to Subang Parade and bought the TV after some consideration. But I got to tell you, it wasn't cheap whatsoever... (at RM5699, of course its not!)

But whatever it is, me and my parents can't be any more happier getting a new TV and just in time for the 2010 Fifa World Cup as well, hahahaha...

Oh yeah, my recently bought new headphones. Its a Audio-Technica ONTO headphones, gonna replace it with my iPod earphones which doesn't look like it anymore (all the rubber came off and I had to put bandage on the jack) but still usable after all the abuse I put it through, haha. Haven't tried testing it yet but hopefully it will be soon. Not gonna write a review for it though since its a bit "cheap" hahahaha... (bought it for RM30, original was about RM100+) Hopefully though, it will last a bit longer than my SteelSeries Siberia. (had to be exchanged when the left side suddenly stopped working. Luckily it was under warranty...)

Okay, nothing left for me to say other than. ZOMG I'VE GOT A NEW HDTV IN MY PAERNTS ROOM. FULL HD FTMFW...

January 2010 might be over but...

...that doesn't mean I still can't write about my 2009 experience! Haha, well I know this has been long overdue, but I guess its finally time to write about the experiences, both happy and sad, sweet and bitter, short and long, uplifting and depressing, yada yada yada, you get the point. So how was 2009 for me in a brief statement? Well, I guess all I can say that it has been one hell of a roller coaster ride for me...

Now I might not talk about everything in 2009 (well, you could always just check my 2009 posts for better details as well as some good reads) but mostly just want to summarize what I have managed to accomplished during 2009, mainly for what I wrote for my "new years resolution" and such.

Starting of with earlier in the year (in 2009 of course) with me getting my drivers license on my first try, I was really really happy that after nearly waiting for my entire life to get to drive a car I finally got the chance to do it in real life! All those times playing video games has paid off aplenty I guess, hahaha. Also probably the biggest news for that year was that I finally took up going to college at The Otomotif College. It was also my dream (albeit, not my biggest goal) to learn a thing or two about cars and becoming a tuner myself and so far I guess its been quite good in a sense that I have really learned a lot about cars then I should really know. Did I ever regret going to college? In a way, I do have to say yes since I don't think learning this would have helped me much and that it cost a whole lot of money (which mind you, cost around RM45k!) just to enter and that I just think I will go nowhere even if I do manage to get my diploma. But that doesn't matter anyhow, since my parents are already fully committed in funding my studies so all I have to do now is just do my best, and hope for the best!

Another thing that I should have pointed out also was back in September my father told me he was getting a car for me. After getting the load processed as well as the road tax, the documents and all that other crap, I finally go the car! A Hyundai i10 (which I still think is a crappy car even to this very day) is what I got (and what I'm currently driving) and so far I guess its an ok car. Yes it sucks that its front wheel drive, it barely makes even 50HP from a 1.1 liter engine and worst of all, the car is still considered "cheap" even if the car cost about RM40+k brand new! The f***? But whatever I guess, I just have to abuse the car (already broke the left hand side mirror lol) until I have enough money to buy and modify my own damn car! So yeah, my goal of becoming a drifter by last year has definitely faded, but that what makes me want to get into drifting even more!! I don't care what people say, I still want to be a professional drifter at all cost!!! Be it in Formula D or D1 Grand Prix, my ultimate goal lies there somewhere (hopefully) in the near future.

This was the least expected thing to happen to me last year, but after almost years of not thinking of buying a next-gen console, I finally broke the silence and got myself an Xbox 360 late last year. Hahahaha, I know I spoiled myself a lot there, and the money could be used on other better things but I was really craving to play video games after looking at videos of Forza 3, Need For Speed: Shift, Bayonetta, Halo 3: ODST and the likes and at that instant I just can't say no now can I? Certainly it was a better move than to buy a PS3, Wii, a gaming laptop (which was way well overbudget anyhow) or even upgrading my current pc (but I did upgrade it from time to time still) to support these new games. But then again some games were made for the Xbox 360 anyhow, so heh, it ain't such a bad thing. Good thing was also the newer version of the 360 doesn't suffer the fatal RROD that earlier models had.

Of course there are other less important things that I would like to talk to regarding what I've done, but I don't think I want to bore many people with my grandfather stories hahahaha. But yeah, that is about it for this post I guess. I'll probably not gonna make a new years resolution for this year, as even if this is only January, too many random things just happened in my life for my brain to really comprehend and the fact that I missed posting it by almost a full month means that I should just forget about it and just let things happen as time pass by. =D

Nineteen.

I might not be exactly be nineteen just yet at this moment (will be in half a years time) but I still acknowledge that this is the year that I will finally break the 18 year old age bracket of being between a teenager and a pre-adolescent or whatever it is that grown-ups like to call it. As my brother said to me over the phone (albeit, not his exact words), "your gonna be nineteen now, your no longer a kid or a teenager, your gonna be an adult!"

To be honest, I think these past few days has been really difficult for me to handle. After all the problems that I caused over Facebook a few days ago (which got almost all my family involved) I don't think I ever want to relive that moment ever again. I know I can get emotional very easily over something "stupid" or just over any sensitive topics, I "snap" and I have no control over what I think, do or say. Its almost like "another me" just took over my body and start doing this thing without my other self being helpless to do anything to stop it! Well, it might all just be an excuse for my retarded and foolish action or it really is a problem with myself. I don't know anything, only god knows everything that has, will, and currently happening to me.

I will admit that when things get too hard for me to cope with or problems which just feels too much for me to solve, or just some things which I never liked facing up to I always think to myself, just end it already! Yeah, I have always had a thing or two for "suicides" and have been thinking about doing it many times throughout my life. For that reason its why I think to myself being an emo kid, trying to be like one, dress like one, and has definitely acted like one ever since I could remember! But forget about that though for now, I just want to talk about how I feel over these past few days. Anyhow back to the suicide thingy, I have tried to "commit" suicide (from just writing about it to almost doing it!) as well as try to think very negatively and hurt myself, not care about everything (and I mean everything!) and you know, do what people do when they feel depressed.

I think I just had cause too much problem to myself, my family, everyone that I know and especially her (who exactly, I'm not telling) just by these mere thoughts. I thought people do not actually care for what I post (since well, I never received any feedback from anyone ever!) but how wrong it was to post those things a few days ago. Even with those comments being deleted, those who read it (and especially commented on it) already know what I was going through, and I think by then it was just to late to do anything. Its not like you could turn back time, or even make everyone forget about it but as life goes, we just have to move on and try to forget about the past...

Continuing on, as this year I'm gonna really start reaching adulthood I should try to act like an adult myself and not do these teenager stuff any more, start having more responsibility for all my actions and make decisions based on my knowledge and good judgments and not from my feelings and from my heart. But in reality, am I good enough to become a good adult? Am I ready for the real life? I'm too used to dreaming a lot and has always thinking about "living in my own world" and think of reality as just a bad nightmare. I couldn't care less about anyone, myself or whatever it is around me (and I admit, I still have these thoughts inside my head) and yet somehow, reality has to come down on me like a ton on brick, wake me up and remind me that all these nightmares I have experienced has always been real.

How life's lesson could be a cruel teacher, don't you think? I have come to realize this many times over, and yet I still ignore this fact in scorn. Why you ask? Its a bit hard to believe, and just like how my father doesn't like to admit his mistakes, I just never really could care about it. So, will history repeat itself then? Maybe, maybe now, who knows? Oh I don't even know what I'm saying here haha... I'm just typing what I know, and how I feel right now. Its just how I like to post on topics like these anyhow, hence why its called a "random thoughts" post.

Okay okay, maybe I have gone too far with what I actually wanted to say. So like, as I was gonna say... I'm just having a hard time coping with everything that has happened to me right now. Never thought 2010 was gonna be a tough year, I feel like breaking down too many times now and its not even the end of January! I might be weak, I might be unstable, I might be this, I might be that, bla bla bla, its just all excuses! Then what is wrong with me then? It this one of god's test to see if I break under the pressure, and break the contract? Will I take my own life just to end this pain? One thing is for sure, I'm not ready to give up on this life just yet! I might have caused a lot of problem, I still would not care about myself or everything else, I might not even know where my life is gonna end up in the future, or even know where my footing in the present is or what my past has taught me but one thing is for sure... I'm still alive right here at this moment, and I still have that one big goal in the sky that somehow I think I will never reach, but with time, maybe... just maybe... someday, I'm gonna reach that goal and finally say that I succeeded in life!

The goal you asked? Its nothing much to be honest, but it is a bit like "reaching for the moon" if you think about it. Well... its becoming a race driver. Had this dream for a very long time, and hasn't changed much since then. From when I first knew about cars, from watching my first F1 race at Sepang with my parents, from playing my first racing game on the Play Station, even up until now when I'm in an automotive college learning about motorsports, its still the same goal. Although the goal has changed a bit (from being an F1 racer when I was young, to being a professional drifter that is now) it still is practically the same, and that is to become a professional race driver. So like, how is my progress on reaching this dream of mine then? As far as I can say, probably not much. But compared to like 5 or 6 years ago I think its far more realistic than I thought.

So yeah... how is my current life in 2010 then? Apart from that drama earlier on I guess everything is fine I guess. So far my first week in college in 2010 has been good. The DMS class that I am in right now is really good compared to my more normal class which I learned all my core subjects, learned a few thing or two from my instructor regarding not only about the subjects that I'm learning right now, but as well as some tips on becoming a tuner as well as some other things that we should know as a mechanic, haha. Will have the usual theory and practical exam for my subject in 2 weeks time, but more importantly I will have my SIT exam (SIT meaning something like on the job training) which will determine whether I could work at a workshop or not. I already know where I'm gonna do my SIT (which is thankfully near my area) at a workshop called ES EVOLUTION. I haven't seen the workshop myself or confirmed to work there for my SIT just yet, but if everything goes to plan then I should be working there without much problem.

Think I write too much here? Well I think the same as well haha. Well... I guess this is just about it (for now) I guess. If I missed a few other things to say, hopefully I would write those thoughts on another post then. I did say I have a lot to write, but I never realized I wanted to post this much. I mean I still have my 2009 review to write about, as well as my "new years" resolution and some other things as well but I don't know... maybe if I have a lot of spare time and brain cells left (meaning, if I could think about it haha) then maybe I will write them before January ends, so what do you think? Sounds good to me, hehe. =D

Even if we have never seen eye to eye just yet, let us hope and with gods blessing that we do get to meet each other some day, and that both of us can settle our differences, reconcile and maybe even turn over a new leaf? I don't know... maybe I was being a coward for saying those things to you, or maybe I overreacted too much, but I'm so so so sorry for all this. College, and some random bs...

After being on holiday for about over a month, today was the day that I finally went back to college this afternoon. Sadly our class got changed to the afternoon session for some reason... There weren't many things changed when I was there (or that I was absolutely blind haha) but the biggest change for was really, to be in a new class with some similar faces as well as people from the other session joining the class.

Well as I did mentioned in my earlier post, my class got changed after some altercations with the course and now my class is fully dedicated to Motorsports. So far today I've only learned a few aspects of the motorsports industry, and some briefing of what we are gonna learn for these 3 weeks (which is about the engine management system. So our instructor for this lesson was.... well I guess I can say that he is good. He knows a lot about car tuning and motorsports in general, and tries his best to teach us all that we need to know and more! Just hope that I can keep up with the class and do what he told us to do, because even as a helpful as he is, he sure is a bit strict on some things...

Anyhow, I still have no idea what else to expect from TOC this coming few weeks so I'll just have to do my best until then. Apart from this I didn't really do much for these past week weeks. Playing Midnight Club: Los Angeles Complete Edition, chatting with friends a lot online and just been doing nothing much online lol. I did want to write several posts on this blog about several topics but I'll just never know if I ever do get to post it since well, it being pointless hahaha....

Tokyo Magnitude 8.0

Okay now, finally I got to watch some anime today and I do feel good about myself after watching an anime lol. Yeah, should have been more but I got caught up on so many things such as video games, friends and just about everything else that I wish I didn't waste my time on. Oh what-afking-ever, should talk about Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 yeah?

Well, to be honest I really didn't want to watch this at first and I did download this months ago and it was sitting inside my Hard Drive all the while. Heck, I downloaded and finished watching Queen's Blade after I downloaded this lol. But yeah, finally thought of watching this since it isn't that long (at 11 episodes) compared to the other anime I had on my hard drive. Anyway, lets really start talking about Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 and damn, I really didn't expect anything at all coming from this anime.

Why you ask? Well for one the story was just pretty epic in a sense that, unlike what most stories are based on, this is actually based on facts! Facts that in the event of Tokyo ever getting an earthquake with a size of 8.0 on the Richter scale, how would everyone cope with the situation, and how real the situation would be like. All very nice and hypothetically realistic, makes you wonder if 2012 will actually happen, hahaha..... Not that it will happen or anything, but who knows? Maybe it might just happen.....

So the story focuses on 3 main characters, which are Yūki Onozawa, Mirai Onozawa (who are both brother and sister obviously) and Mari Kusakabe who they met when they were going to some robot exhibition at Odaiba when suddenly the whole of Tokyo was hit by an earthquake. After the big earthquake has passed, they all had to stick together in order to get back to their home and many things happened along the way. Only reason why I'm saying this is just for the ending, which is pretty bittersweet if you watched this. Avoid reading it if you do not want to be spoiled (or read it anyhow if your interested).

Okay, pausing on the plot for a moment the other things I want to point out is that this is yet another noitaminA original animation series co-produced by Bones and Kinema Citrus. The other noitaminA I watched was of course Higashi no Eden, and you think they are similar! Of course it would since both anime are based around Tokyo, and does involve building collapses and stuff, haha. But sadly Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 was not as good as Higashi no Eden but still worth the watch none the less. I don't know..... it is good, but definitely not the best there is.

With that said though, I still think this is quite a good anime to watch in general. Sure not everything was perfect but none the less, if you like disaster films and whatnot then this is probably for you. But seriously, I just like it for the storyline and nothing else. The characters weren't that memorable or anything, nor is there any "moe" in it, but yeah that is what I think I guess, haha. I'm so speechless about describing this lol..... and now, the part that I wanted to talk about:

So what is the spoiler then? Well if you watched pass the 8th episode of this anime then you would have probably noticed that Yūki Onozawa was ill and was admitted into the hospital right? And I think most people who watched until that part thinks that Yūki was alive right? But then at episode 10 I was dumbstruck to found out he died. I knew there was something fishy near the end of episode 9 and at the start of episode 10, but wow....... that was really some creative writing there haha. When I did watch episode 11 I kinda felt sorry for Mirai since she lost her only brother, who has always been close to her nearly all her life. It was terribly sad to be honest, there is nothing happy about it at all. Probably shed a lot of manly tears watching that part, and definitely one of the most touching and heartwarming moment in the anime. As I said before, it wasn't really a happy ending as many anime would be, but a bittersweet ending isn't bad either I guess...

which leads me to this. When I finished watching Tokyo Magnitude 8.0, this song and one of the lyrics just hit my head like a ton of bricks and now I can't help but stop thinking about it!

Everything about it is just wrong I guess haha. Can't blame the owner for trying though, hey at least its something different!!!

Think the wheels are okay (tires could be stretch though), maybe even pull the fenders or have fender flares made so that the wheels are a bit more "flush" and definitely need to lower the car (the ride height was definitely higher than stock). Other than that I guess its okay for a cheaply modified Malaysian car, haha...

Which is nothing much really, haha. Well yeah, why do I post this here then? No reason, just so I could post something here, that is all.

Okay, so its a LG Internal/GH22 DVD Driver/Burner, an iCute sleeve bearing cooling fan and a "anti-static" wrist strap. Got myself another driver cause the current one I'm using is crap. Disc tray would not open normally (had to use the pin to force open it all the time!), could not detect black CD's or DVD's most of the time (which makes burning a hassle) and can't read some CD's and DVD's properly. Then the cooling fan had to be replaced cause my other one was broken (bearing was worn and made a really loud noise) and I've been using this PC for many months with just 1 fan lol! The wrist strap is just so I could work on my PC and not have a static shock while working on it, even though I do have no idea what static actually does to the PC...

sadly I didn't get to replace the DVD driver since the one I bought used SATA/ATA cables which I don't have. Oh well, gonna go buy it tomorrow then.

Otaku Hardcore Revolution 3

Well I know I should have posted this weeks ago but I totally forgot about it!!! Seriously, I only remembered about this just yesterday lol. Anyway, the first part of the OHR3 has been played earlier today and boy was it just....... EPIC!!! If you people never knew about OHR then your missing quite a lot on this.

I know I'm not gonna spoil much about today's set, but I just have to say USAO and Shingo DJ just killed it honestly. Not to say the other DJ's are not that good or anything (in fact I think all the sets were awesome, except DJ The Charms' set cause he talks too much hahahaha.....) but its just with the 2 well established J-Core artists doing their thing, you know you are in for something special. If you did miss out on today's set, be sure to check the OHR site (link below) for the set downloads of some of the DJ playing today. I'm sure most of them will upload them soon enough.....

Anyhow, there is gonna be another day of OHR tomorrow so if you missed the one today then try not to miss tomorrow's set. Well I know I'm a bit late posting this but heh, I didn't have any internet whatsoever when I was on holiday so I couldn't go online at all!! Frigging hotel had to charge me RM57 just for a days worth of broadband, WTFH!!!? Anyway, that aside I would like to wish everyone a happy new year and hope whatever plans, dreams, achievements or whatever it is on your mind will be achieved this year.

Well actually I did planned to post several things prior to leaving for my holidays, but since there was no internet that plan got ruined horribly. Well whatever, I'll post those things in a few days time so just look forward to it then haha. Anyway, my holiday in Johor Bahru was okay in a sense that I did enjoy myself out there quite a bit, but sadly though I got sick from the first day and as the days past my illness has gotten worse! Luckily though, I did manage to go to Singapore for a day and spend the whole day going around Singapore looking for things to eat and of course, shopping at Orchard Road lol. However with how bad the currency was (and the lack of time) I really didn't get to buy anything much nor did I get to buy the things that I wanted to buy.

Also I didn't take much pictures on this trip either lol, cause I'm just too reluctant to take out my camera and snap something. But I did manage to snap several pictures, but then again its not really that interesting hahahaha....

Yeah yeah, I'll save my rants on another post. Until then, have fun in the year 2010 people and reminiscent of what a year 2009 was.....

Actually, this is nothing more than a random post per se, rather I just think that there was something "special" about yesterday. Well I don't know how to describe what was so special about yesterday or if there is any relevance to my life or anything, just thought I could make a few more blog posts before the new year!!!

So what was so special about the 27th of December you ask? Well apart from getting my car mirror scratched (well, it was worse today when I scratched my front left bumper zzzzz....) when I was going to go pick up my cousin from his house, going to Summit with my cousin so that he could buy some gifts for his friend, spending the whole day doing useless stuff, the fact that ME AND MY FATHERS CAR GOT ROBBED INSIDE OUR HOUSE (nah seriously, nothing of importance was lost there) but the fact that...... well, lets just say something much more personal has happened.

It happened the day before, when I was online and doing my usual things as usual when suddenly my friend invited me to a conversation on MSN. I was introduced to a friend of a friend in that conversation. At that time I really had no idea who it was, what was going on, or why I was invited to the conversation in the first place. Anyhow, as the conversation went along I soon found out who this person I'm chatting with (along with my other friends as well) was a Korean girl!!! Well I did know about her a few months ago when my friend told me about her, but I never expected to be talking to her on MSN at all. So errr.... why was it surprising then? Well maybe for one, it was a Korean who I was speaking to although my friend said she has been living in Malaysia for about 6 months and some other facts that I forgotten about lol.

So anyway, the longer we talked to each other the more I started to become attracted to her. I was lovestruck for gods sake!!! I don't know what was happening inside me or what my mind was thinking, but it was just that sudden that I started to have "feelings" for her. I don't know, maybe I was just crazy and it was all a dream. Then suddenly it was yesterday that we starting to talk to each other, and somehow it was just the 2 of us! Although I guess I have been warned by my friend that she does like to post random things and talked a lot, but wow, I never expected to have some sort of "deep" conversations with her. Even with my cousin disturbing our conversation most of the time, we did talk to each other quite a lot albeit, it was not a long continuous conversation and we only post random things to each other. But I don't know what to say about it really, deep deep down I just had that gut feeling about something. I could go on forever about this, but I guess my mind has made up and I'll just leave it as it is for now.

I just wish I could see her face or even have a long and deep conversation on the phone (she did kindly give me her number!) just to hear her sweet voice or maybe even try to meet her somewhere and meet her face to face. She did seem like a nice person to be with, and I bet I could (probably) get along with her or something. Okay okay, maybe it was a dream and that I never realized how real a dream can be, but then again.... maybe it wasn't a dream after all? Even though I'm not that good at all with talking to women or even know how to appreciate "love" or any sort of rubbish that is that, but she did said one thing that kinda make me want to change myself just for her. That is to start trying talking to girls more often and have feelings for them, which I'm gonna make it one of my new years resolution in 2010 probably hehe.....

I feel so nervous, confused, embarrassed, I mean I just can't describe how sick my feelings are right now. Maybe my emotions has gone haywire, maybe I'm starting to lose my sanity, maybe I'm going to be a man, oh I just don't f***ing know what I feel like!!! Its like I'm just lying to myself for doing this, and yet...... and yet...... argh!!!! I don't even know myself now honestly with what I want, what my feeling want, what my mind want and what my soul wants. Its all just so damn wrong with me, and nothing just make sense now. I just wish somebody could answer me, or even better, if SHE could answer me and set me out straight. Maybe it was all just some sort of misunderstanding. Please, I just need an answer from somebody, that is all....

Okay now..... with that said though, I guess this will probably one of my last post on this blog for 2009. I do wish I could post some stuff some more, but that depends if I can get some sort of internet connection at my hotel in Johor Bahru when I'm going there tomorrow. We'll see, if there is then maybe I can post some things more over there and maybe even do some sort of recap of my life in 2009. Haha, well take care everyone and have a Happy New Year!!!

Well lets clear this up a bit. I know most people might mistake this as Avatar: The Last Airbender, but the fact is that this is a James Cameron directed movie which of course is titled Avatar. At first I thought it would be just some sort of sci-fi movie which I couldn't care less about, but after watching it through I already have second thoughts about whether should I go watch this again (in 3D perhaps?) or not, hahahaha. I tell ya, if any of James Cameron's past films are to go by *cough*Titanic*cough* then he surely has struck gold yet again.....

I seriously cannot believe how perfect this movie is, from the simple and yet meaningful plots and storyline, the characters, the special effects, almost everything was absolutely perfect. I don't think there were anything wrong with this film at all! (apart from the sound loss at the beginning of the movie, but I blame the cinema for that) If the reviews and box office earning is anything to go by, then it surely is a must-see movie for sure. Just take my word for it, go buy a ticket and sit and watch the magic happen right before your very eyes.

I'm not gonna post anything much about the movie or the characters much here, just because the movie is just too perfect for me to say anything lol. Just look up at the link above for a better plot summary and whatnot, I'm just too lazy to right here haha. But anyway, just want to point out that the casting was pretty good and all of them did a splendid job portraying their characters in the film. Another thing to note is that the 3D animation and camera effects they used for this film was just jaw dropping amazing. It makes all the other movies look plain and dull in comparison.

Okay now, after thinking it over I really shouldn't have posted this review because writing about it just doesn't do the film justice. Not saying I'm overhyping Avatar or anything but I just can't tell you people how good this film really is, no words can express how worthwhile it was watching. As I said before and I'll say it again, you just have to go watch it believe me. Even though I'm not that much of a sci-fi movie fan, but this was just something else. So how do you think I'll rate this film then? Overall I just have to give it a 9/10 rating just because its perfect. It couldn't get a 10 because that would just be unfair to all the other greater movies out there, hahahahaha....

Yeah yeah, this has got to be one of the lamest movie reviews ever on my blog eh? Well I really couldn't care less about it either lol. I'm just posting this just to amuse myself. Its not like anyone is gonna read it right? Right? RIGHT!!!?

Wishing all my friends who celebrate Christmas today to have a good time with your relatives, friends, whatever. Enjoy this day everyone as 2009 is coming to a close, 2010 is just around the corner and I'm sure everyone has got their plans for next year.

As for me, I don't celebrate Christmas or give a s*** about 2010. All I know is I'm gonna watch Avatar later today with my father, and a few days later I'm going to Johor and spend most of my time in Singapore. What else is there for me to do? Play video games? Watch anime? Loaf around? LOL, doesn't matter though. Will think of something somehow in some way or some other.....

Been listening to this song all day, for a good 10, 20, 30, even about 40 times repeatedly non-stop! (okay, maybe not that much but I swear I've been listening to this song a lot!) Vocals might suck a lot, lyrics might be stupid, and the music could be better but for some reason I just liked it! Maybe it was just the chorus that got me hooked.

Queen's Blade: Rurō no Senshi

Okay, getting a few hours sleep after watching Queen's Blade: Rurō no Senshi back-to-back for about 6 hours I'm sure I still have the show fresh on my mind. Well, apart from everything erotic about Queen's Blade it was really really enjoyable to watch. Lots of drama, lots of actions, lots of *cough* *choke* okay okay... lets not go there just yet. Seriously though, it was really "interesting" to say the least.....

So what is Queen's Blade about then? Well if anyone wondered it is basically just about beautiful (and strong of course) women fighting against each other to become the "Queen" and have to power and wealth to control the continent (or something like that, I'm not sure) yada yada yada, I still don't get the story much though haha. You can read the plot here if you still want to. Also note that this anime was actually based on a gamebook of the same name, and has even also produced a video game called Queen's Blade: Spiral Chaos for the PSP. Enough about that though, what's so great about it then?

Well I really can't put my finger of it, whether its the storyline, (which is good I might add, but I'm not gonna say anything about it here) the battle scene, or the fact that this show has ∞ times more fan service then even Gonzo's loli pantsu mecha anime Strike Witches!!! Holy crap, that must have been something.... but like what exactly? Well, for starters all the characters in this anime are ALL SEXUALLY DRESSED one way or another. Second of all, I think almost 90% of the entire series contains "explicit" scenes regardless if it is relevant to the story or not. But I guess it just wouldn't be Queen's Blade without the characters clothing shred into pieces and leaving them "almost" naked! (and when I mean almost, I meant completely naked without the crotch showing hahahaha)

Yeah, definitely not for the kids or even early teenagers. This is for *ahem*, adults so to speak but who cares about that. If you want to watch it and even want to.... err.... you know, do that thing while watching it then go ahead. Its not like your gonna watch this in front of your parents, relatives, friends or anything right? (you must be screwed up if you watching this with everyone lol) Gotta give credit to Satoshi Urushihara for doing some of the key animations. If you ever watched any of his previous work then you will know what I mean.....

Anyway, if anyone read my tweets (or known about it from somewhere else) then you will certainly know there is a 2nd season which is already almost complete (I think, only got 1 episode left as of now) which hopefully, I will try watching it after new year (and when I come back home from Johor for my holidays) and will try to write a better summary than this. Trust me, this is worth watching if you liked ecchi, yuri, or you know, that kind of things lol. This is about it I guess, if anything I will try to explain a little more on this on the 2nd season of Queen's Blade.

Edit: I wanted to post this earlier this morning (after I had to wake up early to help my father with something) but couldn't because my internet started f*cking up for no good reason, and when the line was stable again I had to leave and help my mom run some errands. Yeah haha, so be it...

So errr..... the Comiket (or Comic Market) is upon us yet again for what is like one of the most chaotic otaku convention in the world!!! Yes, yet another "random thoughts" post. Don't think I really have anything much to post nowadays, except maybe just telling you guys how boring my normal life actually is. Eat, sleep, video games, online, bathe, and err.... that is about it I guess lol. So like, what is it about now this time around? My friends did expected me to post something here regarding about today and well, some random s*** I guess haha.....

So yeah, about today that. Nothing much really, just went to Ulu Yam earlier this morning with some friends, and went to a waterfall and stuff. Didn't do much over there other than...... doing exactly nothing! Seriously, I didn't even knew they wanted to go to the waterfalls over there and I just got a call this morning from one of my friends this morning (while I was still asleep at that!) telling me they wanted to go there. Sheesh, talk about being unprepared lol. (actually, they did told me about it yesterday, but I never thought they would take the idea that seriously) But with that aside, don't think there was anything spectacular or good happened to me over the past week. Nope, no sirree.....

Then, what video game am I playing now? Well after I finished playing ProStreet just a week ago, I tried playing Forza 3 yet again but I stopped playing it after I got bored playing it. Currently I just started year 3 in Season Play mode, and I think my current XP is at level 30 something. So what game did I play then? After thinking about it, I finally went with Need for Speed: Shift since well, NFS games doesn't take that long to finish! As of today I already got enough points to play the NFS World Tour, and my driver level is at 25. Even with that though, there is still tons of races I still haven't done yet, as well as the achievements I need to get within the game. Should be able to finish it earliest by next week, that is if I don't have any distractions do deal with.

Anyway, I will post some more things soon once I finished playing NFS Shift or when I'm done dealing with whatever I have to deal with. Might start watching anime again by next week, as well as posting some stuff up regarding the upcoming Comiket event! =D

Life is full of surprises...

...and today was just that! After getting a message from my college yesterday regarding meeting somebody about something (which I have no idea what it is or who else received the same message)and it also said it was urgent! So earlier today I did ask a few of my classmates regarding the message that we received and found out that only my friends who was taking DMS (Diploma in Motor Sports) that has received the same message. So what is this all about anyway? It was sure quite weird and maybe even random getting a message like this lol...

Anyway, during my break time at college (well actually it was after my practical exam, but whatever) I went to the student center to find out what was this "urgent meeting was all about". So like....... after meeting the person and finished explaining the situation to everyone at the student center and explained some more about the situation in more detail individually, I was quite surprised at what I've just heard with my own two ears. I GOT An EARLY HOLIDAY!!!! Bloody hell, that was so totally out of the blue lol. I mean I knew there was supposed to be another week of class next week before my holiday was supposed to start, but getting the holiday a week earlier was just splendid. Not only do I have a break earlier, but I get to go back to college a little later as well! (which is from 14th December 2009 till 15 January 2010) Seriously, I mean WTF?

Haha yeah, I should be really be overjoyed and ecstatic about that (seriously, who doesn't like holidays?) but I just can't help wonder why it took them so long to actually tell us about this. Well its not really about the holiday that they were telling us about, but rather, our courses (as in the DMS students) got mixed up with the students that are taking the other courses (which is DAT, or Diploma in Automotive Technology) getting mixed up. Mind you, there were more students taking the DAT course than the one that I'm taking and they had to remove the DMS students from the DAT classes because of this. A lot of confusion did go on, with the timetable change earlier this semester from 2 weeks per subjects to 3 weeks, as well as more students to deal with (there were 3 new batch after I joined this year) so I really can't say much about that. Just hope that they could settle everything out by next year, and that we could continue our studies without having all these things to worry about.

With college aside and now that this is the start of my holiday I guess I could get back to my usual routine now haha. Probably have more time to watch anime and play video games and maybe do something else such as hanging out with my friends more often, as well as *maybe* going on a holiday. So yeah, kind of a happy way to end the year and a good way to calm all my uncertainties and doubts regarding my stressed up life. 2010 may be around the corner but that doesn't mean I can't enjoy 2009 any more..... =D

Heh, I was supposed to post this up earlier in the afternoon but my video gaming session got caught up, so much so that I got stressed up about it when my friend called me haha. Just look up at my twitter status if you wondered how stress I was playing NFS ProStreet, (yeah, an old game) trying to beat Ryo Watanabe in the Speed Challenge race. Haha, I did manage to finish the game and now I still have no idea what game to play next. Well whatever game I play will mean that I will be spending less time in front of the computer, which means I'll probably won't chat with people or update my blog much, haha....

Hey what up people? I know I haven't updated my blog much as before and this is because I'm just having too much fun playing video games lately hahahaha!!! Currently been busy playing Need For Speed: ProStreet after finished playing DiRT 2 about a week ago, and I think I could finish this game by the end of the week if I'm not occupied doing anything else...

Anyway, I really don't have much to say about this month or anything lol. Its just the same old damn routine for me; college, go online, play video games, and just about the usual basic stuff everyone always do (eat, sleep, etc.) Yeah, a little bit boring eh? Doesn't matter though, its not like I have any other life besides this or anything important to do haha. So then, wanna know what new music I listen to now? Erm..... well I still do listen to J-Core quite a lot but I did open up my music vocabulary yet again and now I do enjoy listening to J-Pop, K-Pop, Schranz and more recently listening to House (more specifically, Deadmau5). If you guys want to know more about what music I'm listening to nowadays (or just see how many songs I listen to) you can check out my Last.FM profile at the sidebar here in my blog. =)

Oh yeah, another important thing I need to say is I might be going to Singapore during my 2 week break near the end of the year with my family. Haha, not really sure what else is there to do but go to Orchard Road and just "shop till you drop"! Heh, I'm usually not that much into shopping (since I'm not working and have little to no money at all) but I do want to go to HMV if I could pick up some music CDs that I will just never get it here in Malaysia. Other than that I might just try and see what other stuff I could actually buy with the limited money I have. Other than shopping I really have no idea what else to do. Go to Vivo City? (really haven't been there at all) Or go to Sentosa Island? (heard they opened a Disney theme park or something there) Meh, well that is up to my family to decide but whatever.....

That is about it from me I guess, don't think I have anything else to say as of now. Knowing that this is the holiday season almost everywhere all I can say now is have fun and take care. Just enjoy the winter (or well, monsoon season in my case) or whatever the weather may be and just take it the moment cause before you know it its past New Year and everyone have to get back to their daily routines yet again, be it school, college, work or even hikikomori!

Also, did anyone wondered what the title is about? Well if anyone who follows mainsteam music quite a bit would probably know it was the album title taken from AFI's seventh album, Decemberunderground. I have listen to their songs before, but I just never bother listening to them lol. I have their albums inside my hard drive for the past year and still haven't put it inside my iTunes yet ahahaha. Well maybe I should, they are not quite that bad to listen to be honest.

Sorry for not posting much this month, just haven't really had much things to blog about lol. Practically been occupied playing DiRT 2 over these past few weeks and couldn't care less about anything else lol! HellaFlush III might have been over a few weeks ago but this video was just released a few days ago and I just couldn't help but post it...

Basically the video was just a summary of the whole HellaFlush III event and I got to say the whole video was excellently done!!! The music accompanying the video is pretty fitting with the theme as well. With that said though, I do wish I could be there and enjoy the atmosphere but then again the grass is ALWAYS GREENER on the other side. *sigh*

New Glasses (again)

Okay, the fact that that this is my sixth/seventh glasses in the past few years since I started wearing them really shows what a careless person I am. My last pair of glasses apparently snapped when I tried cleaning it a few days ago and when I told my father about it he insisted on getting a new one. Damn, should have just kept quite instead if I had known what would happen next...

Anyway, so yesterday I went to the same shop that I usually go where to get my glasses and well I just expected to get a new frame which would fit my old lenses. Then suddenly they asked me to check the power of my eyes and realized my power increased a lot on my right eye! F***, and what at first was just to get a new frame for my old lenses became getting a new frame and lenses! Dammit, that wasn't in the script at all I tell ya. So yeah, fast forward to today and I got my new glasses with the specified lenses. Not too sure if I should be happy, thankful or just a pissy f*ck (haha, I just made that word up yesterday!) but yeah, whatever I guess.....

Here is another view of my glasses, looks quite okay though and don't think there is much to complain about. As you could already tell on the first photo, the brand of the frame is Evisu and along with the lenses it could about RM500 *gasp*.

Meh, I told my father to get me cheaper ones (since eventually I will break them as always) but he was just plain stubborn and wanted to get me these. Again, I couldn't care less anyhow, he was the one paying for it! Errr.... guess there is not much to say other than "thanks dad" now huh? Yeah..... thanks dad. =)

Strike Witches

Oh my god, I'm so in love with Strike Witches right now!!! Nah, more like "Pantsu Witches" if you have actually watched the DVD version of this anime like I did lol. (more on this later) After almost 2 months since I last watch some anime (well, Gurren Lagann to be exact) I guess I'm glad that I managed to squeeze some time to watch this one, as I've been too busy playing my XBOX 360 during this 1-week semester break which sadly is gonna be over soon..... =(

Anyway, after watching this anime from about 10pm yesterday until about 4am this morning I do feel a little tired and sleepy lol. Well with each episode being 25 minutes long (as a typical series anime would be) and there being 12 episodes plus the fact that I'm watching this late at night/early morning (for obvious reasons) I guess I was kinda asking for it lol. Okay okay, enough about that crap though and lets talk about Strike Witches! So like, what is Strike Witches all about then? To put it simply, its about cute, under-aged ~~girls~~ ~~loli~~ err.... witches who have magical powers (obviously!) and have this propeller like things attached to their legs so that they could fly and annihilate their enemies which are terrorizing their countries.

If that didn't make sense, try reading the wiki link above or read this for better clarification. With that done though, lets now talk about the characters, and the one that I probably like is....... ermm....... ahhhh....... ehhhh.... oh fine, its Yoshika Miyafuji that I liked the most! There I said it! She is kawaii, moe, kire, *insert random words that describes a girl* and so on. I don't really know about the other characters (I mean each of the characters do have their own charms) but I just like her the most! Oh yeah, and about why was it called "Pantsu Witches" again? Well if there is one thing I noticed is that all the witches it this anime all wear pantsu!!! (oh, if you don't know what that is go look it up on Google) They don't wear pants, skirts, or even stockings for that matter, and I think the fact that the DVD has much more fan service than even the broadcast version really shows how desperate Gonzo was trying to get viewers to support their company. But then again, most Japanese anime studios are like that...... *cough*KyoAni*cough*

Seriously, if it wasn't for the characters or even the fan service I didn't think the series would do as well as it does now. Sure the story itself was a little bit interesting, but other that it could have just been yet another mecha anime lol. Okay, maybe my point of view cannot justify anything about how good this anime was but if the popularity of this anime anything to go by (with a second season coming in the near future) then it just shows it is that good. (heck, it got even got a recommendation by The Japanese Agency for Cultural Affairs! How many anime do you think actually have achieved that!!?

All in all, what is my final verdict on Strike Witches? GO WATCH IT PLEASE!!!! If you are a fan of....... ah scrap that, just go watch it I'm telling you! Whether you like it or not that is up to you and if you don't like it, erm...... yeah, I guess you just don't like it then! Hahahaha.....

The most overrated movie of the year? To put it bluntly, yes. I don't get why this film was sold out for the first few days and even till today there are still people queuing up to buy tickets just to watch 2012. I mean seriously, I went to the theater yesterday and queued up for half an hour just to buy a ticket for today! (cause yesterday believe it or not, all the seats were sold out!) Before watching it I thought the movie would be quite good or decent, boy oh boy how wrong it was...

I might not write a full summary of the film or highlight anything much from the movie, but I just want to point out some things which I found quite disappointing about the entire movie. But first, what is the movie is all about? Well..... basically the movie is just based upon the 2012 phenomenon that the Maya civilization predicted in their calendar. (not that anyone cares or anything right?) So according to that calendar, in the year 2012 a natural disaster happened and the world is gonna end, the apocalypse has come, bla bla bla yada yada yada. Just means that everyone is gonna die and only a few would be able to survive. Pretty lame and boring huh? Anyway, besides the obvious plot and little to no facts actually being proven in the movie another disappointing thing I found while watching was that all the characters are mostly irrelevant to story (if you did watch it you would understand) and how they portray the main character was being portrayed is extremely disappointing. They could have worked on at least getting some facts into the movie instead of just throwing CG's here and there to make it interesting.

Regarding the characters, the main character (John Cusack as Jackson Curtis) have an immense amount of luck, defying odds and beliefs to survive the whole ordeal with his family (oops, did I mentioned spoilers?) and somehow all the people who help him with his plan all died, wtf!!!? Other than that, some characters do seem out of place at times and during those disaster moments why is it only the focused characters managed to escape and all the other people succumb to the disaster and die? Oh for god sake, does it have to be that cliched? Maybe the only good thing I could say about the movie is that the CG is definitely awesome. Although it was overdone at some parts (okay, maybe the whole movie was overdone with CG, but then again it just wouldn't be a disaster movie now does it?) I think it was quite okay to say the least. Other than that though, I don't think I have much to say about this movie.

The first 15-20 minutes were good with some some actual story and plot being told regarding about the disaster that is going to happen, but after that it was just CG's and seeing the main characters running for their lives and avoid being crushed or escaping death in the most extreme manner. Overall, I thought the movie was just plain horrible and pointless. Even until now I don't get what is so good about the movie, even if people actually told me why it is so good. Why do people still bother to watch this? I have no idea.... I think The Day After Tomorrow was better than this, even though none of this movie are actually make sense. (I mean, will these things actually happen?) Whatever the case it may be, don't bother watching it at all unless you have time and money to waste or simply just a fan of science fiction stuff and overly done CGs.

So with that all said, I don't think I could give much for this movie. Does 6/10 sound fair enough? Or would 5/10 would be more appropriate? Seriously though, I don't care. I could give it a 4/10 and still say this movie just sucked horribly lol.....

Just had to post this ever since I first saw it on Speedhunters a few days ago. (could have posted this a few days ago but only now I had the time to blog lol) Anyway, this is has got to be on of the coolest feature months on Speedhunters ever!!! Amazing cars, amazing stance, amazing...... everything! Trust me, once you finished viewing all the cars and events features by the end of the months you will never look at your car the same again.....

*sigh* If only more Malaysians could understand how to do a "proper" fitment and stance on their cars instead of the usual "ricer" look of the 90's that has been come and gone everywhere else in the world. Be creative people!!! I know I could have done my car proper "IF" I had the money (and of course, people who can understand me!) to actually do it! Yeah, all I have now is just a dream and video games to make it real. Haha, sad isn't it?

Season Finale at Abu Dhabi

What a way to end the Formula One season ain't it? Under the floodlights in the night race in the overly sophisticated and modern Yas Marina Circuit it is definitely something else. Not like in the past few years where the title was on the line on the last race at the very last lap, but this race was a lot calmer and more relaxed than the last few season. But of course that didn't stop the race from becoming more exciting!!!

Too bad Lewis Hamilton had retired from the race with brake issues after looking almost unstoppable during practice and qualifying, but then again the Red Bull were looking good as well. A good way for them to end the season by finishing 1-2 ahead of the Brawn GP cars after a hard fought battle between Mark Webber and Jenson Button near the closing stage of the race. Haha, a great race none the less.....

So with 17 races all completed I guess its a well deserved rest for all the teams and the start of the rumors about which drivers going where, which teams will compete next year (if BMW Sauber could fill in the grid that is) as well as seeing the newer teams unveiling their cars and whatnot. Its been a great season for this year and just hope next year would be just as great! Not suree if I will cover all the races like I'm doing now though, but I'll try if I'm up to it. =)

Went to watch this video (albeit, a little unexpectedly) with my brother and sister yesterday and as much as I hate to say this but..... you just got to watch this!!! Don't matter if you are a fan of Michael Jackson or not (or heck, even if you don't f**king know him!!!) you just have to go watch it, even if you know you could just download this somewhere or already know what the movie is all about...... go watch it as a tribute to the great man himself, the king of pop....

Now I know I'm not that much of a fan of MJ compared to my brother or sister (both of them went to the concert that was in Malaysia a few years back) but after watching Michael Jackson's This Is It I'm convinced that maybe I should probably drop my ignorance and actually appreciate his music a little more. Anyway, if you didn't already know the movie was basically just a documentary of MJ doing some rehearsals before performing This Is It live concert in London. Sadly though, he passed away just a few weeks before the first concert was supposed to be performed and somehow only the people working with him on the rehearsal were the only people who managed to see his last performance.

Don't know how to actually describe the movie (or documentary) but it is interesting to see his on stage performance in different perspective. As well as performing some of his most well known songs (too many to list down, but you would probably know what the songs were) there were some insight of how everything was being prepared, from the choreograph to how the stage was prepared, the costumes, etc. Its amazing how much work they actually put into this just so the fans could witness what is probably be MJ's last ever concert.

Enough about me talking about it though, its no point talking about it unless you actually go and watch it. Trust me, its worth the time and money to see this once in a lifetime movie. Its gonna be aired only for 2 weeks (starting from October 29th) in theaters so do go watch it if you have the time. In conclusion I'll probably rate this movie an 8/10. Sure it is not as perfect as I would like it but you just have to witness the awesomeness that is "The King".....

Weirdest Halloween Day Ever!!!

Quite frankly, I don't even know what happened to me or even say anything that isn't nonsense about today. Practically almost everything that I do today wasn't even planned at all and wow..... surprised? confused? butthurt? rage'd? happy? sad? yes, a very EMOtional Halloween day indeed.....

Woke up in the morning, can't connect to the internet (after waiting for 4 hours to connect to the internet the night before) only to found out that my phone line got short (or something?), rage'd hard (whacked my modem a few good times. Surprised its still working), went to an internet cafe for an hour or two (just so I could go online!), got back home and went to a wedding, came back home, went to watch Michael Jackson: This Is It (more on that on another post), came back home (again) and then proceed to watch the Abu Dhabi F1 qualifying session on TV, on my computer, tried to connect to the internet (which I did!) while the phone line is still down and here is where I ended up lol.

Told ya it was random and nonsense, hahahahaha.....
Not quite sure how your Halloween day is but lets just hope it isn't as weird as mine. With that said, Happy Halloween folks!!! =D

Should I really upgrade to Windows 7?

Hmmmmmm..... maybe its time for me to update my PC after all. Just been released a few days ago, and already many people are saying that Windows 7 is the best Windows OS ever! Certainly a great improvement over the over-hyped and resource hungry (and probably overly expensive) Windows Vista. Seeing people talking about Windows 7 just makes me feel so left out.... >_<

As people might have known, I'm still using Windows XP since the first day I bought this PC (a pirated XP at that!) and still using SP2 for some reason (never bothered updating to SP3 for obvious reasons) and I waited out from using Vista after seeing so many people complaining that Vista is slow, how most XP applications and games didn't work, etc. kinda puts me off from using it. But still, should a move to Windows 7 be a good move? Or should I just stick with XP until it is completely obsolete? I don't care though, maybe I should put my money on upgrading my PC instead of saving that money for a PS3, laptop or car parts. Whatever it is, the world and everyone else just keeps moving forward while I'm the one who is slipping backwards, undecided on what to do because of poverty. (well not to that extent but you get the point)

Congrats Button & Brawn GP!

Oh what a fairy tale ending for Jenson Button and the Brawn GP team. Earlier this year they didn't even know if they were gonna race this season, and when all things are said and done they stand on top as the champions. Gotta give it to them for the effort, for a small and new team to enter F1 and win is quite a feat.

Well of course, the race itself was pretty awesome as you would expect from Interlagos and just like last year it is also where the world championship title is determined. (although this is not the last race of the season) Yeah, good news for Button and all, but I kinda feel sorry for both Sebastian Vettel and Rubens Barrichello. Both of them should have done a lot better to take the championship fight to Abu Dhabi but I guess Jenson was too good to catch up to during the race.

All things aside, Mark Webber and the Red Bull team did a splendid job taking the win in Brazil, its a shame that they didn't get to take the fight of constructors championship to the final round but the odds were stacked against them even before the weekend started. Oh well, there is always next year I guess. So with that all said, should there be anything looking forward to in Abu Dhabi for the final round of the Formula One calendar? For one, I'm definitely looking forward to seeing how the drivers tackle the course and see how well the track is designed for racing. Also, it will be the last time for some of the drivers and teams to be racing for this season, as some of the drivers will swap places for next year and with BMWs departure from F1 as of next season it will be a race to savor until the new season starts next year.

Wörthersee Tour 2009

Yeah, just finished watching it a few hours ago and I got to say that Wagenwerks pulled out all the stops with this one. The cinematography, the music, the settings and of course, the cars themselves all looked stunning in that video. All props to them for making such an awesome feature on Worthersee....

So how did I get interested in this in the first place? Well it all started when I first watched the trailer on Speedhunters. I do have to say that after I watched the trailer I was hooked straight away and thought of getting it. After that I went to their website and noticed they were selling the pre-order DVD (which comes with said t-shirt and stickers) and I knew I just had to buy this. So as for saying what Wagenwerks are, they are an automotive film crew that are based in the US which focuses primarily on Volkswagen cars and cars that are related to Volkswagen Group. With that said though, I do feel like they left out a lot of things in that video and at about 40 minutes long it does feel kinda short. Not that I'm complaining or anything, it was quite "worth-the-see" if you know what I mean lol. Watch this trailer and maybe you will understand what I'm talking about:

Seriously, all the cars in the video was dope. All the cars looked great, had (mostly) perfect wheel fitment and stance and each and every one of those cars are unique in their own ways. If only more tuners would make their cars more "simple" instead of just bolting parts on the car and having no style whatsoever.

Note: Okay, I know this isn't really much of a review and I know I left out tons of details about the Worthersee event, the tracks, and the cars and whatever else that I forgot to mention but its just up to you to find out more about it or not.

Damn right I'm excited!!! After ordering it last month and waiting for like 2 weeks for it to ship it here, I finally got this in the mail today. Got it shipped all the way from the United States of America baby! Lol, okay this might not look interesting or anything, so what is all this hype about then? Well just read along if you want to know. =)

Okay okay, first of all I just want to let you know that this is the first time that I actually ordered anything online lol. (internationally that is) But since I was so desperate to get this I got some help from someone *ahem* to help me order it and use his account to pay for it, hehe. So like, what is chopped on that box you asked? Well if you could read what it says on the box it does clearly read Wagenwerks. So what is Wagenwerks you wonder? Well I myself am not very sure how to explain it right now, but in short it is clearly about cars (Volkswagen to be precise) and well, cool looking cars that will make your jaw drop at that. I will explain more on this tomorrow, but for now though I'll just post the contents that is inside the box.

So lets see whats inside the box:

Oh, a paper wrapper with a sticker on it?

Certainly, the sticker does look quite nice even though its just to hold the wrapper in place. Wish they had given me extra stickers for the trouble shipping it here lol. Oh alright alright, lets get to the main content shall we?

..... and here it is! So as you can see, I get a DVD, a T-Shirt and 2 stickers. So whats so special about this? Well if anyone wanted to know, this is a special pre-order of Wagenwerks' "Worthersee Tour 2009" DVD which comes with the limited edition T-Shirt (which only comes with the pre-order) and 2 Wagenwerks stickers. Got to say though, both the T-shirt and stickers looks pretty awesome in person than seeing it in pictures online. The T-shirt quality was quite okay and tried wearing it and was quite comfortable to wear. (not sure though what would happen once I start washing it....) As for the sticker, they just look amazing doesn't it? Had a cool matte/shiny effect on it and I just like how the whole logo looks. Not sure what I will stick it on to though, maybe I'll just keep it and stick on my future Volkswagen? (haha, whenever that may be....)

How much does this all cost me then? Well when I saw the pre-order on the site it says US$49.99 (or about RM169) and with the added cost for shipping, tax and whatnot the total was about RM200. So is it all worth it? I can't say for sure, but for me it is just worth every penny. Not sure if it is for everyone, you just need to have that certain taste for modified VWs then only you will understand. Just need to say thanks to my brother for ordering and paying it first for me (since I don't have a paypal or online cash or my own bank account) and I'll promise I'll pay him when he comes by.

So yeah, thanks for reading my not-so-worth rant about this delivery lol. Well I'll try to watch the DVD tomorrow (if I have time) and give a review about the DVD as well as describing Wagenwerks in my very own words and know more about them, what they do and why VW lovers just need to watch their videos and buy their DVDs.

102 Golds in Gran Turismo PSP

Well I finally did it! After two weeks (maybe more, I'm not sure) of playing Gran Turismo on the PSP I finally got all 102 Golds in Driving Challenges without using any cheat whatsoever! Yeah yeah, I know I'm not the first to do it (think there were several others before me) but still, I'm one of the few that could actually do it this early.....

To be honest, the challenges was quite easy compared with the previous Gran Turismo games (albeit, I still had to retry like a hundred times before I get a Gold on some of the challenges lol) and was quite fun actually to try each of the challenges. Of course the sad part was I didn't get to unlock anything special when I get all gold compared to the console versions (only got a custom BGM option after I pass through a few challenges) and the only thing I get out of it was just extra credit, which wasn't much really (compared to the "test course" race which gets you more money way more faster). Whatever, I still have a lot of racing to do as well as buying more really cool cars in this game!!!!

First Porsche Panamera in Malaysia?

Well maybe not exactly the first, but I'm not sure if anyone posted the car yet on the internet so this just might exactly be the first "on the road" shot of the brand new Porsche Panamera!

The car was just released here a couple of days ago and I was quite surprised when I saw this car on my rear view mirror on my way back to college yesterday. Luckily enough the car was going in the same direction as we were (for a short while at least) which was enough for me to get a few shots of the car.

So how much does this car cost? Well the base model (the Panamera S) starts at RM998,000.00 (or about US$300,000 with tax and whatnot). Holy cripes!!!! O_O

Pink Wheels

Anther way to make your ride look more gay lol. But seriously, I think having pink rims just makes your ride stand out with all the "oh so common" wheel colors out there. I might get my "future" set of wheels spray painted in metallic pink, if I could even afford to get new wheels.... T_T

I don't care if its a girls color or even if the only people who do have pink wheels are mostly girls, if you want to be different you just have to do something......... DIFFERENT! Also, with some proper fitment it would really just make your jaw drop and drool in awe.

Could Vettel still catch up to Button in the Drivers Championship with only 2 races to go and clinch the title in Dubai? Who knows, after his dominating performance in Suzuka he could still be World Champion by the end of this season, but of course both Jenson Button and Rubens Barrichello needs to finish outside the points for Vettel to actually pull this off....

With just 16 points separating the top 3, it is still open for any of the 3 drivers to take the title. Would it happen just like 2 years ago when Kimi Räikkönen won the championship from both Lewis Hamilton & Fernando Alonso (who were both teammates just like Button and Barrichello are now) just by a single point? It could really just happen with the way things are going as it is.

As for the race, Suzuka has always brought excitement, drama and controversy and the race today was no exception. With 5 drivers crashing out on Saturday, a few more drivers received penalties even before the race started and of course the race itself, this definitely has got to be one of the most exciting race this season. Vettel just lead from start to finish without making any mistakes (apart from his first pit stop, which was clearly not his fault) and almost no one could even come close to his pace. The Brawn GP team however couldn't be more the exact opposite, with both drivers receiving a grid penalty for qualifying and had spend most of the day being in the midfield. Luckily both drivers did manage to get some points but still not as much as they would wanted though.

The next race will be at Interlagos for the Brazilian Grand Prix, and surprisingly will not be the last race of the season as this year, it will be Dubai that will be hosting the last race of the season. What will happen in Brazil this year? We will have to wait in 2 weeks time to see and find out.

My not so new, not so great, not so flush, not even the owner of this brand new (lol) KDM spec (I think the dealer lied to me, I swear it was an Inokom with all those badges on the car) Hyundai i10. Should I be happy with getting a car? The answer is probably yes & no. Yes cause finally I have a car to drive, but no because this car just looks f**king gay in stock form, and that I can't modify this car just yet.....

Well I just got this car about earlier this morning and to be honest I was really looking forward to actually seeing the car at my house (as I was in college until the afternoon) so once I came back I was quite happy to see the car parked inside my house lol. Also I really haven't driven the car much (only drove a few meters during the time when I went to see the car a few weeks ago) so I can't give much feedback on how the car rides. But since the car is cheap I really do not expect to see some spectacular performances, 0-100km/h times (can this car even go to 100km/h? lmao) or do drifts with it (its FWD, and even if I e-brake drift this car I swear the handbrake would come off if I did that!) but as long as it can go from point A to point B I guess its fine.

As for modifying the car (if it is even possible....) I might just do some simple mods, maybe just do some debadging first and when I have enough info and money I will take it another step. By looking at the cars I posted here you would already know what I'll be doing next..... ;)

Haha yeah, once again I forgot to post up the pictures again. Just kinda had too many activities last week and also that I feel sick this week and even as I type this I didn't recover by much. Hopefully I'll get better over the weekend. =)
As for the photos, like I said earlier I didn't actually capture that much pictures and the picture quality is crap but yeah never mind. I will only post a few pictures here out of all the photos I took, as the other photo are probably crappier than this lol.

Like I said, not much indeed and some of the photos actually come out more worse than I expected. A 4MP camera is a little crap nowadays compared to the newer cameras out there, oh how I wish I do have a proper camera.....

Hamilton Wins 2nd Night Race in Singapore

It was to be expected to see Lewis Hamilton win the race is quite a comfortable margin. Having been competitive throughout the practice session and haven't put a foot wrong all weekend he really did deserve to win the race. Of course it did helped a bit when all his closest rivals drop off with penalties and whatnot but none the less a calm and consistent drive by Hamilton.

Kinda have to feel sorry for both Sebastian Vettel and Nico Rosberg though, as both of them do look like they could very well challenge Hamilton for the top spot of the podium. But certainly a drive through penalty for both of them (for crossing the white line on pit exit and exceeding the speed limit in the pit late respectively) was quite harsh and did hurt their chances of a good finish. However I think Red Bull had come off worse this weekend as now they are even more far behind the Brawn GP team in both the drivers and constructors championship. With only 3 races left in the calendar it might take more than a miracle for them to challenge for both the titles.

Next week it will be a welcome return to Suzuka for the Japanese Grand Prix, where in 2006 Fernando Alonso took an unlikely victory after Michael Schumacher had an engine failure in mid-race after leading for most part of the race and ended his chance of winning his last championship title and where Alonso secured his 2nd title of his career. All things considered it is gonna be exciting to see how good Suzuka is gonna be this year. =D

It was really unexpected to be honest. I thought when the race was red flagged it would resume later on or something (when the race was red flagged I just went straight to bed) and when I woke up this morning to read the news on the results I found out the race didn't continue after it was red flagged lol. Surely it was not the way that everyone wanted to race to end, but with the rain being really heavy and almost the entire track was flooded it just could not be avoided...

Even though I didn't get to watch the entire race it was expected to be quite a race with Peugeot and Audi at it again out at the front of the field. Throughout the race it was between the 2 manufacturers and when the track did dry up (before it rained again that is) Peugeot manage to outpace the Audi and snatch the top spot of the podium before the rain got really heavy and brought the race to a premature end.

Haaaaaaaa..... it was only last week that I celebrated Aidilfitri with my relatives and friends and before I know it one week has passed and its time to get back into my normal routine and do the usual stuff like college and whatnot. Almost feels it was only like yesterday that the holiday actually started, hahahaha.....

Spent the whole week visiting relatives in Johor as well as going on holiday in Terengganu for 4 days (as that was the reason why I didn't go online for these past few days) with my parents, just lazying around at the resort we were staying as well as went around town and bought some souvenirs as well as taking a trip around the Terengganu River along with seeing the Crystal mosque and the Taman Tamadun Islam although it was only for a short while because of the intense heat.

Might post some pictures of the place later but I don't think I actually took that many pictures lol. =P

*drools* I just can't get enough of this Honda S2000! So clean and yet so "flush", I just love almost everything about it! From the custom paint job to the clean Work Meister wheels, and of course the beautiful stance of the car..... each time I see a picture of cars with good offsets and stance it just makes me want to start modifying cars in video games, or in real life!

Damn, I just wish I can get my Hyundai i10 sooner so I can be one of the first few to actually modify that car in my area (even though I have no money to start modifying whatsoever). With just some suspension mods and a new set of wheels and tires it will surely be something....

New pair of kicks!

Earlier today I went out to Sunway Pyramid (again!) with the same friends as I did last week to buy something, and as I was looking to get a new pair of shoes I decided to get these. After looking at several shops and unable to find anything that is cheap and have my size I ended up settling on this pair of shoes from Puma.

To be more specific it is a Puma Drift Cat II SF (with SF being Scuderia Ferrari) and it cost me a hefty RM300!!! That certainly burned a deep hole in my wallet but considering that this was the cheapest shoe I could find for my size at that moment (there were others that costs over RM400) I just have to settle for it. So basically this is what I was talking about as a "driving shoes" yesterday on another post and what Puma called it as a "motorsport" shoes which is just primarily used for driving. Yeah sure I don't have a car yet and the car that I'm getting is not exactly anything close to going fast, but at least driving using this shoe would feel better that wearing a skate shoe or my crappy pair of Converse lol.

Actually maybe it doesn't make a difference to a normal person but to me (at least) when you have a proper pair of shoes that is just meant for driving you have better grip on the pedals, can pull of heel-toe downshifting much easier (yeah right...) and you can feel the power of the car and the bumpiness of the road on your feet, giving you better feedback over the control of your car. (Haha, I'm just making myself look silly by saying this. I don't think even actual race drivers are gonna say these to you people)

On the other hand, the shoe also does look quite nice and would make a statement that you are rich (which I'm unfortunately am not!) and that you are a passionate tifosi (yeah, but I don't pick favorites in F1 anymore) and also does show that you are interested in Formula One, motorsports in general, love for driving or just have a great taste in branded shoes. (all expect the last one I think) Also it is quite comfortable to wear (although I'm not sure how comfortable it is yet to wear on long distanced walking) especially for driving. Also it does make quite statement when you wear them (really?) and almost screams for attention. (and likewise, a primary target as being stolen)

Ehhhhh.... enough bulls*** already. I don't know f*** about this shoe nor did I even wear them yet (I just bought them, what did you expect?) so just look online for other peoples opinion on this shoe..... Also I do have to say that this is the most expensive shoes that I have ever bought 2nd being my Reebok shoe (forgot what it was, costs about RM240) followed by my Etnies Kingpin (which was about RM200+) so yeah, that is about it I guess.

Brawn GP 1-2 at Monza

Yup, Brawn GP has gone back to their winning race in Monza and with Red Bull only manage (luckily at that!) to score a single point on what can be considered a terrible weekend for them. With 4 more races to go this season it is still not over for both the Drivers Championship and the Constructors Championship but it is gonna be hard for Red Bull to not only close the gap to the Brawn GP but to preserve their cars in the process...

Sebastian Vettel was lucky to finish in 8th place after Lewis Hamilton lost control of his car and crashed out on the penultimate lap and probably cost him and the team some valuable points which the worked so hard to get this weekend. That meant Kimi Räikkönen (who was 4th) manage to inherit 3rd place and Adrian Sutil finished in 4th and once again proved that the 2nd place at Spa wasn't a fluke and that Force India are competitive as all the other top teams. Good to see them finally to not only achieve their dreams of scoring points, but to be challenging the likes of Ferrari and McLaren with sheer pace must be rewarding as well.

The next race on the F1 calendar will be the ever popular and unique night race at Singapore in 2 weeks time. Until then you can keep up with the latest news in Formula One on GP Update as I do!

Barrichello leads Brawn 1-2 at Monza

Wow, I totally lost it today. Been extremely emotional today for all the weird and wonderful reasons that I can't quite normally explain. I don't know if I can say that I'm extremely happy or so deeply depressed at the same time! Yeah, you heard me right. There is just too much things happening today that you just have to read this. Also I do need to apologize if I insulted everyone today, I'll say it again. "I just lost it..."

Alright, so what is the first surprise for me today? Well it started out about yesterday when my father said he was going to service his car to get his car tire changed and he had to visit one of the Hyundai showroom where he bought the car to get the tire ordered (or something like that). So he told me there was a 2nd hand Hyundai i10 (pictured below) for sale and if I wanted to see it. Thinking that I'll probably do nothing staying at home I just tagged along and said "yeah, why not?". Then earlier this morning my parents wanted to go to the showroom (which was at Mutiara Damansara, near The Curve there) and I just followed them since I need to go buy some clothes as well.

When we reached there we were greeted by this one Chinese lady who worked at the showroom and kinda showed us around the whole car and told about who was the previous owner, the condition of the car, etc. The Hyundai i10 was apparently a KDM import model and not the locally assembled like the most of them on the road. Although there was not much difference between but at least I had something to brag about lol. The car is about 1 years old (according to the lady anyhow) but the amazing thing was it only covered 5000km so practically its almost brand new! Had a test drive for a bit after that and then after that my father said "do you want this car?" and I was like "its up to you...." and then my father agreed and bought the car. He already made down payment and now is waiting for the insurance to be approved, then it will probably be my car (although as a 2nd owner of course). I was like WTF!!!? I mean I'm getting the car this early? But then again I'm a bit sad afterward since its not really the 1st car that I always dream of having and I was kinda pissed off deep down inside myself.... (will talk about this further below)

So after that we headed to The Curve and checked out several stores there and bought several things over there. Of course for me I was there just to buy my clothes, and was looking for some new shoes as well. In the end I just end up buying 3 pairs of shirt, one from Kitschen (the middle one) and 2 from Debenhams (the other 2) which quite frankly was not "cheap" even though supposedly it was on sale. As for the shoe, I went to the shop that my friend said was selling Macbeth shoes but when I went to the shop they said that they stop stocking the shoes already so only a few pairs were left, and they ain't cheap either!

Then seeing I saw a computer hypermarket store there I just went and bought myself a new usb drive since my old one stopped working a few weeks ago after it got washed in the washing machine but luckily it still managed to work for a bit and transfer all my files to the PC, then after that it finally died. Oh well, it was only 1GB anyhow compared to this 8GB and yet both of them cost exactly the same! (I bought the 1GB about a few years ago though) So after that just went to Subang Parade for a while and then went back home. Still not sure what else to buy now, still am looking for a new shoe to buy but since I'm getting a car soon I might be thinking of getting a "driving" shoe just use for driving. Haha, I know it sounds stupid but when I talk about driving I do tend to get serious about it. Sorry but that is just my ego acting up, ahahahaha....

As I said earlier about me getting pissed off, I just feel really bad that I'm getting a car that is almost brand new as my first car. Always thought I was just gonna get an cheap and old car and save some money but my father complained that he wanted to drive the car as well, and then he said I can't even modify the car that I'm gonna get soon. Plus he just said that he cannot spend any money on anything else as well and that was probably when I "snapped" and kinda got all emotional and being me, I started talking crap about why I'm in despair and want to kill myself, cancel buying the car and all sorts of crap. I really did wanted to get the laptop first but now since my father bought the car already I guess I just have to steal a laptop now from lowyat. Nah, but seriously I'm missing out on all the good games out there so much and I envy almost every single person out there who can play the latest games on their computer, PS3 or XBOX 360. As a fellow gamer this is just ironically sad....

But what is there to do? That is just reality comes kicking you in the head telling you that all things in life is not easy, and there is always people more and less fortunate than you so I just have to accept that and do whatever I'll have to do to keep myself from getting all worked up by watching.... erm..... ermm.... uhhhh.... well I can't post it here for some reason but if you followed my tweets or read my post on Facebook then you would already probably know. ;)

as you would expect from an unemployed 18 year old student coming from a middle-class family in a third world country called Malaysia, I definitely have no money to buy this laptop or anything for that matter! I'm just that f**king poor! Okay, maybe not that poor compared to other poorer people (not to insult anyone or anything) but considering my social status (and also where I live) you'd think something like this could at least be affordable...

Enough about that anyhow, it doesn't really matter if I could get this or not since I know my father is having a hard time trying to pay his debt, as well as paying for my college fees plus the fact that he is trying to get my a car earliest by next year as well as taking care of the family and such. I wish I could work and save up the money to buy what I want without using my parents money (okay, say what you want about me being spoiled but I swear there are more rotten people out there than me!!!!) but my parents insist me to keep continuing study and bla bla bla bla bla....

*sigh* I don't really know what to say about my situation right now. I'm practically old enough to take care of myself and yet I'm being confined with my parents, and even if I could become a full time hikikomori I'd still wanna go out and see the world. Yeah yeah I know I'm weak, lame, pathetic, emo, what ever it is that you people call me but that is just how my life runs at the moment. I can't do anything about it and just have to live with it.

Okay, as for the laptop I still think getting the Asus G51 is nothing but a pipe dream (just like all the other things that are in my mind) and even if I manage to get one it will all likely be just a dream. You know, sometimes its just better to dream for what you wish for than to actually try and achieve it. Why bother working hard for it when all your effort will go in vain anyhow when you die? I might as well be an hero and do what I want in the afterlife, whether it is in heaven, hell or god knows where my soul ends up at. At least I know I can enjoy those things for the whole of eternity.....

Project Destiny & Broken Diva?

I know I should have posted this yesterday but I kinda forgot lol. Yeah, I know I'm not a hardcore gamer as I used to be since I cannot afford to upgrade my PC or buy a next-gen console so I'm a little left behind on all the new games out there. But that doesn't mean I have can't keep up with the latest games on my PSP though!!! I know college has started already (and how crappy the new semester started out) but I still can't stop playing at the moment!

So like if you notice the picture above those are the games that I'm currently addicted to playing on my PSP right now. Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA is a music based rhythm game that is similar to DJ Max, Beatmania, Guitar Hero, etc. while Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny is a fighting based game which we all know and love. I got to say both games are pretty fun to play even though most of the time it makes me want to break my PSP in half just because I suck at losing!!!! Maybe I should just play something else eh?

Well maybe I should, since I do have several other video games that I recently put inside my PSP and with more games coming out soon in the next few weeks I do have a lot of games to catch up and finish...
